I ordered through the app and my food was supposed to be ready at 10:05 pm when I arrived at 10:10 and let them know through the app I was outside it said my food wasn't going to be ready for another hour I left came back at 11:11 pm let them know again through the app I was outside I was instructed to call the store after calling twice a staff rudely told me I had to come inside to get it because they was short staffed when my husband went to get the food the lady told him it was ready at 10:05 pm so my food was sitting for an hour ?? I was totally inconvenienced and highly upset that was the last time I'll be going there I'll stick to Domino's

Just ordered a pizza for cowrkrs to job up the street from this location through uber eats,pizza arrived burnt.I literally forgot this was the worst pizza hut in town.havent ordered from them in yrs.wont make this mistake again.

Horrible service. I placed an order, when the door dash arrived, he parked next door spoke to neighbors and said the order was delivered, which it wasn’t. I called and made the store aware. The young man that answered said they must of ran off with my order and he placed my order back in the system and it would take another 30 min. I asked for the order to be cancelled and was placed on hold and then disconnected. I called back for the 3rd time asking for a manager was told no manager was available. So I explained what happened to a different employee and asked for a refund for the 3rd time and he said it would take 2 business days and I would see the refund in my account. I wasn’t able to report to door dash bc they are hired through Pizza Hut. So I called corporate to make them aware of the incident. Why 12:30 AM The business (Pizza hut )is calling my phone 2 different times. Now I’m filling a police report and calling corporate to complain again!!!! Will never order from this location again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were hesitant at first to give them a chance because of the low review but we have taste for Pizza Hut and this location was the closest one. We went and were not disappointed at all.The service was good and the food was hot and fresh. Please keep up the good work. I know it’s hard to please everyone but if you have good service and make sure the food is hot and fresh you won’t have as many complaints.
Customer service is terrible ...I mean damn all it does s is pizza why everybody gotta be so doggone rude ...got hung up on just now ..because the girl spoke so fast I didn't understand what she was saying ....this is the worst pizza place in Charlotte ...hands down ..I would be surprised if the sanitation grade was low also ..nobody cares in that place ...I will never go there ....ever
