Waited almost 2 hours on delivery. The Driver was friendly as they could be. Thank you Uber. I tracked the order best i could. The most reliable way to do so was the UBER APP. I got the food, it was stone cold, one pizza was slightly burnt which was just a pepperoni pizza. The amount of pepperoni on my large pizza was less than 10 pieces and the cup of marinara i got with the cheese stick has more in it than the pizza . The wings had almost had no sauce. The first bite, i almost cracked my tooth on a bone fragment in the sausage. How the hell does it take 1 1/2 hours for your food to be ready to be delivered and in the 10 minutes it took to get here it was cold and congealed. What a waste almost $60. Pizza Hut in Charlotte is dead in my book. Save you money, hunger, and hopeful anticipation. I some decides to respond to this from this location, I seriously want my money back and i will not order from here again.

They have the worst customer service. I went in there to get my food and no one acknowledged me for almost 10 minutes even after them making eye contact with me several times. My food was ready but I was waiting for them to finally acknowledge me.

Im so sick of this location it's always something. My last oder was over an hour late. I tried to put in an order and the promo code i got is not working for this location and its the only one near me. I called the store and they told me the phone lines for the store is offline they not excepting calls so you can't call and talk to anyone. All the reviews are bad for this location pizza hut needs to do better. Everyone dont have a car so they can't it to the store to talk to anyone. This is not fair and so unprofessional im sick of it

Pizza hut just ain't it anymore. Stuffed crust cheese with sausage, didn't taste like fresh ingredients. And sauce not flavorful. And the cinnamon sticks... let's just say ughhh, and I will never ever try those again.
Was $28+ for pizza with cinnamon sticks. Should have gone to grocery store 🤦‍♀️

Yall have really pissed me off. Why would you send me not one but TWO burnt pizzas?!?! And why did the wings have a DROP of buffalo sauce. I’m so irritated. And the workers there are the absolute worst which is why I got delivery. No class, no customer service, this is my LAST time ordering here.

The stuffed crust pizza was great as always! However, there was an issue with the doordash driver that brought my pizza. I had paid for the pizza over the phone when I ordered, but the driver said I had to pay cash. After going back and forth with him for about an hour I finally paid him cash and he said I could get reimbursement. When I call this Pizza Hut a gentleman named Edmund helped me out he gave me the reimbursement for what I was out. Plus he gave me a voucher for my next order! He definitely went above and beyond!

After calling this place at 11:30 and putting my order in, they told me it would be ready at 12. Drove up there and was told they didn’t see my name in the system and that I ordered from the wrong Pizza Hut. Then I asked them if the number I called was the right number and they said yes. It didn’t bother me that much until I asked if they could just make my order and they stated they were closed even though the website says they close at 1. Pure laziness

We put our order in online around 9....we waited the estimated 30mins and walked to the store. We get there, it smells absolutely horrible...there is only 2 workers both of wich made eye contact multiple times but took forever to come over and interact with us. And once they did they told us our order was canceled...we basically waited an hour at this point....they said they didn't have the time or the dough to make our pizzas....and apparently that meant our pasta as well. The guy im assuming was the manger seemed stressed af, but extremely rude during the whole encounter. And I again state it smelled horrible in there..do not use this location!

Do not order here!!! This is the second time i order at this location, and they did it wrong!!! I order a stuffed pizza and they send a regular one. I tried calling and nobody answer.
