We put our order in online around 9....we waited the estimated 30mins and walked to the store. We get there, it smells absolutely horrible...there is only 2 workers both of wich made eye contact multiple times but took forever to come over and interact with us. And once they did they told us our order was canceled...we basically waited an hour at this point....they said they didn't have the time or the dough to make our pizzas....and apparently that meant our pasta as well. The guy im assuming was the manger seemed stressed af, but extremely rude during the whole encounter. And I again state it smelled horrible in there..do not use this location!

i walked in and literally no one came too me for ten minutes even after seeing i was there. once a lady finally comes i tell her i have a pick up and she gets my pizza out of the heater and tells me they dont have the drink i already paid for. i get home and i have none of the four sauces i paid for i mean who the hell eats bread sticks with no sauce

I ordered a pizza at 2:30pm I got my food and it was terrible the lady said she was the general manager and told me to accept a credit or a remake and that I was unable to get a refund. I then asked her to refund me again and while talking to her some more I can smell alcohol on her breath and she told me to get out of her store. I came back up there later on in the day to try to get my deserved refund and EJ the night manager was very respectful and remade my pizza for me. Thanks dude you’re awesome

Very disappointed !!!! We never received our food and it was ordered 4 hours in advance, DOOR DASH was and is HORRIBLE and PIZZA HUT is second best. Spoke with Manger to see if we could get some type of compensation or offer something for the inconvenience and we spoke through third party conversations between two persons, our end results was NOTHING but a refund. Never again!!! We are teachers that serve daily but starved for food and lunch!!!!!!!!
I order pizza from location on south blvd. In charlotte NC. my whole order wasn’t delivered my wings and fries were missing. I call the location and asked she said she was resending I went to ask about a credit to my account she clearly stated you want your wings or a credit. I then preceded to explain customer service she hung up on me. I tried calling back several times she kept picking the phone up and hanging it up. I then drove there to get refunded and my wings. She was very rude wouldn’t talk sensible and wouldn’t provide me her name. Stated she was the manager. The wings were old and hard and was missing an order of my fries none of the ranches I ordered. Very unacceptable to also read the reviews on the location to see this is ongoing with this lady and she is still an employee there. I need my money refunded. I work too hard for my money for old food and bad service
