I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta with bacon cheddar breadsticks. I'm guessing they genuinely don't care about the food they make because they got it wrong lol. The pasta bowl had more Alfredo sauce than actual pasta. Small bits of chicken. Breadsticks had no bacon or cheddar.People, the reviews are real and I found that out tonight. Just order from Papa John's or domino's because they're way better than this place, at least on south blvd.
Management and half staff need to be fired and replaced immediately. Pizzahut should fire or revoke the franchise rights to the owner of this establishment. There is a reason the have a 2 star rating. Do not order from this place, save your time and money. They constantly cancel orders without warning, notice or explanation. If you call and ask why they canceled they put you on a hold line and no one answers. I was on hold for hours. it thought maybe the order was late but they just canceled and now it's to late to order from someone else. Do not order.Vegetarian options: None.Dietary restrictions: Poor service, they don't care if you have dietary restrictions, they will cancel the order without notice of its complex.Parking: Horrible parkingKid-friendliness: No, this place is a dump, looks like it wasnt cleaned since the day it was built. First problem, I received a text notification stating my order was out for delivery. The tracking link stated my order was 2 minutes away. 10 minutes later another message that the “dasher” picked up my order and my address is hard to find. ? 6 minutes later the dasher is approaching. 4 minutes later the dasher is nearby but having trouble finding my address. 2 minutes later, order delivered. I spent almost $30 for 2 pizzas on a “pi day” BOGO free special that tasted off brand and out of the box. And the extra chicken I paid for?Well, it never showed up. I called the restaurant to inquire how they’d rectify that. I was hung up on twice. The third call, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes for a manager. Poor delivery, poor execution, poor customer service. I should have stick with Dominos.

This by far HAS to be the worst Pizza Hut in town. I tried to give them a chance because I live around 5 minutes from the location. Unfortunately they have messed up my order 3 times! 1. I only asked for a pepperoni pizza (not to hard right? You would think they could make these in there sleep). I can’t make this up - they forgot to put the pepperonis on my pizza! 2. Asked them to remake it. Instead, they just added pepperoni and ran an ALREADY touched pizza through the oven. Talk about unsanitary. 3. Speaking of unsanitary, a cook who had one gloves (I’ll give him that), TOUCHED a trash can to move it. He then proceeded to go back to making pizzas with the SAME gloves! I threw my pizza away and ordered from another Pizza Hut that’s 20 minutes from me but worth it! I’ll be calling health services on Monday to inquire about running an inspection on them. There is no way this is safe. I’m concerned for folks who don’t have the transportation to consider going to another location.
