I prepaid for pizzas for my sons party. When I went to pick it up, the door was locked and the lights were off. I had to frantically find another pizza place to order from. Very disappointing on my sons birthday

They have no consideration with the customer when they make your order completely wrong. They gave me fries that looked straight out of the trash. The pizzas I ordered were a meat lover and a supreme, both medium. What I got was two mushrooms and sausage pizzas that looked like they were old and cold. I had to drive 40 more minutes in precarious weather to get my order done right. Staff clearly did not care as they were on their phones except for the manager. I used to runs restaurants as my career is in fact culinary arts and one thing I can tell you is that they don't even clean up the place...If they have time to lean, they have time to clean...it is such disrespect to hand someone the wrong food after not even checking if the receipt they need to stick to the box was going to the correct one. The employees didn't even bother to do that as being on their phones seems to be the outmost important thing they need to do. While waiting for the order, another person came to order and the guy at the register didn't even know what dough they sell as he was more focused on the conversation through his AirPods than what the customer was asking him about...if I was the person in charge, I would fire that employee in a heart beat.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I called to place an order and the guy that answered the phone hung up on me. Then I called back again and was hung on again.

I ordered 2 individual melt meat lover.
I called to speak to the manager and got hung up on 2 times. Then I use 3 phones to call them. On two phones I was on hold for almost a hour. The other phone i was waiting for 30 minutes and still nobody answered my call. They knew what line I was on, but at one time I was holding up 3 of their lines and they still never picked up. I am not paying for this burned food with nothing inside like a whole straight in it. I wish I could show you a picture. I will fight this amount on my card.

I came in to pick up my food, and I waited about five minutes before I was even acknowledged. Two employees were in the back having a conversation. While checking out they still held their conversation and no one spoke to me, only to give me my total. Finally got my food and it was burnt.

Placed a $60 order, they randomly canceled after an hour. I called and they hung up on me the first time and placed me on hold forever the second time.

Food is usually good and fast but idk what happened to the service now, it’s horrible.

This meal was so bad. Delivery driver said everyone in the store looked high. The food was pretty much inedible and we paid 7.00 for drinks we never recieved. Absolutely the last time we order from here.

I placed an order online at 226pm today, for a pizza melt. My order was supposed to be ready for me to pick up in 15 minutes. I ho to pick my order up and it was not ready. Then I asked how long and the guy lied saying it's in the oven. My melt was ready at 305pm. Plus he was making pizza, ringing up orders with the same gloves. The sanitization rating was 91. I will never, ever eat from this p izza hut again?

I put a $85 order in. It was never delivered. And a refund was never given. When I called in they hung up on me twice. After two hours they finally said that Uber Eats or Postmates had picked it up the order and that no one knew where it was. I got a delivered message without the pizza being delivered. The lady on the phone said that she had no idea who picked it up the pizzas or anything. She then said she would call corporate to refund me my money. I asked if they could just remake the order. She then said that the fryer was not on (it was 7pm). I assume my order was never made, and that it was all probably a lie because I had wings in my first order. If these phone calls are really recorded all the proof is there. I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve emailed Pizza Hut twice. No real response. It’s been 3.5 weeks. It’s now been 6 weeks no response or refund. I Have contacted the email posted by the owner, still no response.

2nd time coming here. Last time I got boneless wings that looked like it was the last few crumbs in the bag. Pizza barely had pepperoni on it. The guy in the back never ever wear gloves at all. Which is terrible, when dealing with people food.

Should close this location. Paid $11 for pasta without bread stick, chicken meat, and the pasta only half of what it should be. The staff said the name of the order on invoice is "cheese pasta" so I got what I ordered. They intentionally do that and try to manipulate thing with the wording on the invoice. This is insulting.
