Absolutly the worst customer service. Called multiple times just for the MANAGER to hang up in my face. Not to mention the fact that they couldent tell me if they could deliver my food or not. DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD FROM HERE.

Ordered at 11:20 am and my order was cancelled without me knowing. I didn't get a follow up email, or a text. I didn't know my order was cancelled until I called to check on the status and I finally got through to someone I was put back on hold for 10 minutes.

I placed a delivery order at 5:30 PM. I kept checking the link and wondered why I hadn’t received any new notifications. Just to call at almost 7PM to check the status and finding out that my order was canceled. The most unprofessional Pizza Hut ever!!!

Save your time and money. They cancelled my order without even letting me know I had to call to find out what happened to my order just to have the automatic service tell me it was cancelled. Then the multiple time I tried calling to get an answer they kept hanging up on me

We did not received all food items that we paid for in an delivery order. No attempt was made to substitute or a refund . I made 8 phone calls, always put on hold, the Milton Road store never picked up the call. The pizza that was delivered was excellent, delivered in a timely manner but customer service was non existent.

Tried to pick up a doordash order, door was locked. No sign on the door saying they were closed. Was even approached by police asking if I call and told them no I didn't. I told them that I was contacting Doordash about the store. Police told me stay away from the area due to trouble alot.

Placed an order for deliver at 4:50 pm the app tracker said it would be delivered at around 5:50pm not a problem it’s a Friday. I called around 6:20pm was placed on hold for like 10 minutes and no one ever checked or gave me an update while I was on hold. I hung up and called back 20 minutes later, still no pizza so almost an hour later and it’s no longer showing up on the tracker either. The gentleman Matthew placed me on hold and said he would get his manager and yep you guessed it no one ever came to the phone. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. Oh and I’m still on hold as I type this and no pizza in site .
Food was edible but recipe seems to be different. Service was efficient but not the friendliest. And the store was very hot in temp and had to go outside.
