I ordered pizza and wings and the pizza dough was horrible. We had to eat the toppings off the pizza. Location needs help seriously.?

Ordered online for carryout. Stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived to find the dining room closed and the only option available is the drive thru- which was accepting and making new orders. Waited IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE FOR AN HOUR to receive our order. Paid online, or would have just given up. Absolutely unacceptable. They did at least get the order correct.

Placed an online order but the dining room is closed, so I had to wait in the drive thru. Nearly an hour later, bread sticks were hard and the pizza was almost slimy from sitting under the heat lamps. Never again. 0/5

Ordered carryout when I arrived at the store you can't go inside to pick it up you have to go through the drive thru which had cars wrapped around the building. It doesn't make any sense to do business this way. If the customer at the windows order isn'tready they just sit there and wait for it. I've never seen such a dumb way to run a business.

W WT Harris store is HORRIBLE!!!!!! There was hardly any sauce on the pizza...and the rest of the food was COLD AND BURNT and workers don't answer the phone or leave you on hold.

They took my money and closed the store down..I order food at 7:00 they sent wings only..no pizza and closed there

Why don't they answer the phone? I'm just trying to pick up a Doordash order and the lobby blinds r closed yet the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. It's 7:30p on a Friday!! Like wth!?!?

First I ordered from the prosperity location, then I get an email saying the order wasn’t processed so I called & they hung up on me. Upon arrival, they had a sign that said the power was out. Now craving my order, I ordered online from the WT Harris location and it was ready upon my arrival there which is great. However, the quality of my food is very disappointing. It literally looks like they just threw the ingredients together and called it “pasta”! Very unsatisfying and a waste of money!
