this is the second time I have ordered food from here. Seems like there are just careless employees working because my orders continue to be wrong, little to no cheese and burnt. I advise everyone to go somewhere else until they get their acts together because food cost more and constantly making their orders almost inedible is not ok.

Very bad customer service. I don’t know who this person is that was answering the phones and taking orders on 6/14/2022, at around 8:45pm at 3909 South Blvd in Charlotte but he was very rude! He talked to me in a very hostile, combative way. He was very argumentative and was going word for word with me, not even taking the time to even listen to what I had to say because he was busy yelling. I’ve never been treated the way this guy treated me, and I’m a paying customer. He wouldn’t give me his name. I sure would like to talk to someone from corporate about this employee. As a matter of fact I will be contacting corporate. I’ll never do business with Pizza Hut again. It’s the reason why we’ll take the drive to Lexington NC to get Godfather’s Pizza
