My order was lost and food was horrible. Seems to be under new management. Worst experience ever.I visited Po Boys on Freedom Drive on Friday, April 5th in Charlotte NC. This was my worst experience to-date. I have never been disappointed but I was this time. My food was cold, the corn seemed like it had been sitting and was hard to chew, the fish was small, didn't taste right and the light bread was hard. Oh...after I ordered online I arrived to find out my order was lost through Chow Now and had to wait another 30 minutes to get my order. Wait it gets better, then I'm told they're out of potatoes. I ended up trashing what I didn't taste because it was horrible. I guess all good things come to an end. Was terrible!

This was my first time to this restaurant and I was truly impressed with the level of customer service the taste of the food authentic Cajun experience. Menu had a variety healthy and good choices food was very tasty fish and shrimp was cooked to perfection I recommend the the two-piece Croaker West shrimp combo you won't be disappointed.

Order the small low country boil, extra eggs and 2 crab leg clusters for $46. By far the worst boil I have ever eaten. Steamed shrimp(overcooked and dry), crab legs(overcooked and dry) eggs, corn and sausage with old bay just sprinkled over it. Definitely not what I am accustomed too. I’m sure the fried food is good but this boil wasn’t it.
Lawd ham ? Mercy yall!! If you ain't been, you betta go!! My family and I had two small low country boils and one Large low country boil with 3 add on Crab leg clusters!! Flavor was Cajun mix garlic ? Worth every penny ❣️ We Loved It!!

We got this on doordash on a trip to Charlotte and the prices were so low I honestly had low expectations. The po boy was amazing the red beans and rice were fire! My 13 year old ate the shrimp boil and loved it. The sauces were very good and the food was heavily seasoned in a good way! When we are back in town we will come back here for sure!Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes seafood they won’t be disappointed
