I ordered the volcano mix and I wanted some extra marinated tuna and because I wanted marinated tuna, she didn’t charge me for the volcano mix. She charged me as if I was getting a make your own or create your own bowl and so she charged me for extra scoop, protein, shrimp, and marinated tuna. My bowl just for one bowl came out to $31.55. That is expensive if you’re ready to pay for each individual thing and you ask for a certain item that’s what you should get, but she did not charge me for the volcano bowl. She charged me for a create your own bowl and I feel like there was no charge the place is nice and clean everything but $31 for one person that’s just crazy very absurd. I only went there because it’s close to the new emergency room in Ballantyne but I will continue to go to number one pokey in Indian land

The taste of my bowl would have been a lot better if the sauce was included in my order as I paid for. The bowl was very dry and they skimped on the wonton chips. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Went to the actual location and the lady taking orders was EXTREMELY dismissive, unprofessional, unpleasant and unhelpful. Sadly, this nationality of people can never seem to acknowledge and apologize for their mistakes; they have no issues taking money but all of the excuses in the world to not refund money.
Will NEVER patronize this establishment again.

This is my favorite poke spot! I have been to many others, but this one always provides the best portions and most fresh ingredients. Everything is so flavorful, colorful, filling, and I feel satiated and energized after eating their bowls! My favorite bowl is the Volcano Mix, where I can choose three proteins. The tuna is so delicious and comes in a regular, spicy, and marinated option. The salmon is so fresh and comes in regular and spicy as well. There are also so many fresh toppings to choose from, many sauces and crunchies to add to the top. The restaurant owners are two very sweet people who are so kind. If I had the option, I would choose to eat here everyday :) This is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner and I recommend this poke spot to everyone I know.
