Spanish- Today I placed an order online to avoid having to wait in line when I got to the restaurant. Upon arrival, I went to the cashier area, told him my name and mentioned that I had placed the order online. He said 'okay' and gave me no further instructions, so I stepped aside. Ten minutes later, a girl approached me and asked my name. I told him and, to my surprise, he grabbed a bag that had been there since I arrived. I had to wait 10 more minutes, even though my order was already ready from the beginning. I live just 5 minutes from the restaurant, and my family and I were looking forward to eating the chicken fresh and hot. I love Campero chicken, but unfortunately I had to put it in the Airfryer when I got home so I could enjoy it hot. Also, I noticed that the customer service could improve. The two employees at the front seemed distracted, playing with each other and not paying attention to the kitchen's orders. I also observed that they were not very attentive to hygiene, since they touched their faces, their hair, and then handled food without washing their hands or putting on new gloves. The taste of the chicken is great, but this experience made me feel that the customer service was not the best.

The place is very nice and everything, but it looks so ugly that the workers are carrying dogs that their friends or family bring to the place, I love animals but in a food place it does not look HYGIENIC..... because they are carrying the food and then carrying the Puppy. It's just an observation.

I give one star because the service is bad, it takes too long to serve the cashier, they start talking to the customers instead of charging separately if they know they have too many customers because they don't have 2 cashiers, the staff always looks sullen, they don't serve kindly and stop how they take the order without asking if things are ready, imagine how long it takes to serve and even another time to prepare the order that they took without asking first, bad service, pay more attention and not to mention that every day the nuggets are smaller and it doesn't even have accompaniments

I placed my order here when I checked my pollo campero there was only fried chicken. At the begging I asked half of fried and half of the baked chicken, it was also on the receipt after calling them they made me wait on the phone she told me it was my fault when I placed my order when I even have the receipt . Asked me to return the chicken I told her I touched some of the sides . She wanted the food back in order to give me the baked chicken so I asked why are you asking me for the food I. All ready opened one of the sides which it was yuca . It made me think are they trying to put that chicken back and give to another person ?i live far so she wanted me to bring back the baked chicken in order for me to get the baked one and still told me I placed the wrong order after I still have the receipt .

I ordered an 8pc combo to take away. When I got home and opened it I realized that they only gave me the chicken and not the rest of the combo I ordered. They charged me for something they didn't give me, I tried to call to complain but it always sounds busy!

Fresh and great quality chicken!! Campero spicy chicken sandwich was crispy and flavorful. Coming to chicken, both crispy and grilled chickens were juicy and succulent but for me grilled chicken is a winner. Yuca fries were perfectly cooked and not too oily. Plantains were delicious and felt like made from scratch rather than using prepackaged frozen stuff. Chicken empanadas were good.
Amazing fried chicken! Even the white meat was juicy and flavorful till the core. Goes without mention coating was delicious too. Very friendly staff and clean eating place.
