The food was great as always, I get the 3 piece meal with an Horchata. But the customer service was not acceptable. While ordering, I had to repeat myself multi times because they couldn’t hear me or I’m not sure.. But while repeating my order it seemed to have been an issue to even order food as you could you hear the person chatting away with others. So we get sent to pay, and even to pay it seemed like an issue. As we are waiting on our order we got asked if we would like 3 thighs instead the thigh and 2 legs. And I told them I don’t mind waiting, yet they kept insisting if I’d like that instead but now it was with an attitude… And I kept insisting no thank you, I’d like what I ordered and I’d wait… I pull up and wait, and to even bring the food out, the person had a face of just not wanting to do that… I mean I felt disgusted as to what I was seeing… On top of that I still got 3 thighs…
It took too long to provide the food, which wasn't much, the bathrooms were all dirty. And the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Great service but you do have to be VERY specific with what you want, the atmosphere is ok with being on South Blvd you do get vagrants going in to disturb the business and you as a diner.

I’ve been to this location several times, and the food has always been great—fresh and tasty, which is why I keep coming back. However, my recent experience was a bit different. I was paying with some quarters I had left over from a previous transaction, as it was all I had on hand. The staff member seemed a bit annoyed by this, and when I tried to give the remaining change, she shut the window before I could complete the transaction. When she came back to the window with my cash, it seemed like there was confusion over the total, even though I had enough to cover my meal.
I understand that handling a lot of coins can be tedious, but just as a reminder, change spends just as well as paper dollars! This interaction felt a bit off compared to the usual great service I’ve had here. I’ve always enjoyed the food, and I’ll still consider coming back, but I hope future visits go a little smoother.

I traveled 1 hour from my house to go buy a family combo of 20 pieces and unfortunately when they delivered the order I did not check what they gave me and when we got home the order only came out 12 pieces, I feel cheated and I did not return to complain since it was not worth driving 2 hours to go and return

The chicken is very delicious, but please don't start like in Guatemala with thighs that look like wings. Wings and thighs Pieces too small.
It's a shame that at 11 in the morning they sell you day-old chicken. I wanted to return it but I asked for it at the counter. I recommend coming from 12 onwards if they have freshly cooked chicken.

The food was a 10/10. The chicken was cooked to perfection with great flavor. We loved the sides as well - rice and fries. The only thing is, they left out my side of plantains that I paid for and the service was not that great. I would return for the food!
