Used to really like this place. I inspected my bill today and wondered why it was higher than expected. They applied an automatic gratuity tip. I was planning on tipping my waiter 5 dollars but after seeing I had no choice I’ll never be back. Check your receipts. The manager gave a poor response saying “it’s automatic if there’s more than 3 people”. Mind you it was 3 people Paying separate at one table.

Order number 7. Chicken and rice. The chicken was dry food was nasty. Don’t waste your money or time at that nasty restaurant. I ordered to go to eat when I got to work. I couldn’t even eat it. The chicken they use is day old the rice was dry as well. How do they stay in business. The first I ate at the restaurant the food was good. Never again

I had a horrible customer service experience from the front lady today who said her name was marina or Maria, something like that. She got my order wrong and when I brought it to their attention less than 5 minutes later -- she had an "oh well" attitude telling me I would have to pay separately for the correct order even though it was their error. Because my manager is a repeat customer, she finally agreed to switch it out free of an extra charge but, only after trying to give me a condescending Spanish lesson. I grinned and sat down while I waited for the correct order - as she went to the back to tell them the correction - she also started bad mouthing me to her coworkers in Spanish because she was under the impression I didn't understand Spanish being that I was only communicating in English at first - I made sure to tell her IN SPANISH that is completely unprofessional whether I knew Spanish or not that is unacceptable as a business establishment she ought to carry herself with more professionalism.

Yesterday, Saturday night, I visited this restaurant that was highly recommended to me. Upon seeing the good and bad opinions of the place, I decided to realize for myself everything that was said. The truth is, it was a very comfortable experience. The staff gives you the welcome from the moment you are at the door and they give you the option to sit wherever you want, the food is very delicious, the chicken is delicious and the dish called bowl and the guacamole is very delicious,, the cleanliness looked very good,,, apart from the fact that We were a complete family and if they give you a percentage for the tip, but they actually earned it with the service they gave us. But let's also learn to value how difficult a job it is to be a waiter... a very good experience. That's why people, don't get carried away by bad comments and go and see for yourself,,,, soon I will return for the delicious corn atol drink and the fruit salad,,,...blessings to all Raza
