The chicken sandwich was good. A Previous visit during covid, another location, was terrible. Glad to see the quality back. I was surprised that the bun was not warm.

Made my order online and got there about a minute after it was supposed to be ready. Went to the drive through and they told me I had to get it inside. Okay, annoying but whatever. Then I proceeded to wait for 34 minutes with 6 other people also waiting for their food. The whole time the employees are gossiping and working at a snails pace. Save yourself some time and frustration by getting food from ANYWHERE else.

Go inside to order and CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!! They gave me old, dry, cold food!!!! When I drove up to drive-thru, I was greeted with a “YEA”!!!!! No hello or anything. Very unprofessional!!!! I asked for honey, didn’t get any. I didn’t even get a receipt. I asked for a sweet tea and was give unsweetened!!!!!!! DO NOT LEAVE HERE WITHOUT CHECKING. THE YOUNG WORKERS THERE IN THE EVENING ACT LIKE THEY ARE HIGH OFF SOMETHING. I wouldn’t trust them with your debit card.

I barely write reviews but I ordered the tailgate special and only got half of my freaking order. The food I did have is dry and sloppy. This is ridiculous. Y’all take peoples hard working money and don’t seems to give af. BEWARE DONT GO HERE !

Why open new locations and not have a standard of service. I’ve given this location plenty of chances. It gets worst each time. Either there’s no food at all at 12 when they just opened at 10, the wait time can be ridiculous, the unbelievable rude service (I sat in drive thru as the change shift occurred and saw attitudes immediately), unprofessional management, biscuits NEVER fresh, and so many other things. I ordered shrimp because I know they have to cook to order so I expect the delay, cool but for my food to not be fresh after waiting 10-15 minutes. Only to make a complaint in front of the manager in duty and as the worker asks her about making my items right she shakes her head to say no and never addresses the situation but just walks away. Only to come back after I state I want fresh food and I’ll wait. I was told that it would take 30 minutes when customers were in and out during that time. The manager, instead of trying to talk with me she instructs the workers to give me a refund that I didn’t ask for. I declined and that’s when she threatened to call the police on me because I was holding up their drive thru time. I waited in the drive thru the time that they said it would take for them to make fresh items. I never got them. Instead they instructed all their customers that came to the drive thru to come inside. I wish I could post 0 stars. I know these reviews probably won’t make any difference either.
Please hire a manager that has standards of professionalism. If I’m paying for a service and not being rude about it, I should not be met with asshole attitudes just because they messed my order up. Fix what I paid for and I’ll leave. This location will NEVER get my service again. I have been bitten one too many times.

My order had missing fries & biscuit- I called them to ask if we can get them the next time- 1st the phone was un reachable, & then they told me I will have to collect the order on the day itself. Like seriously? The cashier messed up our order- gave some extra wings accidentally (which went to waste for us) & then the policy to help the customer is just too bad.

Didn’t understand a word that they said in the drive-through I had to repeat my order three times and then they ended up giving me the wrong food. I ordered Number seven with popcorn, shrimp biscuit, macaroni, and a drink I didn’t even get my damn macaroni. They gave me the wrong Shrimp gave me none of my Sauces that I got charged for them . Then I also ordered a number five Spicy 5 Count with fries and a biscuit There was no biscuit just fries and they didn’t mess up the drinks no straws by the way ! And I spent 27.91 I’m out raged damn scam never gave me a receipt

I totally understand why the rating is so low. The tall guy at the front counter actually said out loud that he " sees why people don't want to work at fast food restaurants. Smh. I was there at 11 am on 8/26. I don't want anyone to get fired but if anyone's a candidate it should be him. Js. These people have no problem solving skills. He definitely needs another line of work. Customer service isn't it. The manager fixed my order l,so there's that. I will never visit this store again

Been thinking about eating here for a while. I’ve never had Popeyes. When we tried to order at the counter we were informed that they only take online orders and drive through orders. The restrooms at this location were so gross my gf decided not to order. That idea was dead in the water.
