I’m just an Uber driver. I don’t even eat here but if you work for Uber or your customer ordering food, I would shy away from this restaurant. They don’t have their food prepared and they’re very unprofessional. I’ve gone here twice and for two orders they didn’t have my food. I would stay away from this place. Hope that helps anyone.

Ordered the new Sriracha hot ones combo to try it. Got homes and all that was in the bag was plain chicken. No fries and no hot ones sauce. The drink wasn’t even right, they gave me a Diet Coke instead of regular. Basically paid $11 for completely plain chicken and an incorrect drink. Never coming here again

I like Popeyes food, but on this visit it was subpar. The fries were cold and tasted like the fryer oil needed to be changed. They forgot the bacon and cheese on my bacon and cheese sandwich. The chicken tasted good though. To spend over $20 for two people to eat fast food is crazy when you're not getting quality. I can go to a full service restaurant and get better food for the same price...

I have noticed, some location have more flavor than others. I didn't want spicy, what I got was bland, nothing really Cajun on the palate...But every now and then I just try a different location...So far Wilkinson blvd. Is flavorful

This is by far the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was not good. The young girl at the drive thru was clueless. My food was cold, but why bother to send it back. The manager licked her finger to open one of the bags. How gross. I will never come to Charlotte and visit this location again. The entire team should take some etiquette and customer service classes. Good luck with this location.
Do not order here late night. The employees will not fill the order for your delivery driver. Sny orders not picked up they take home.

Drive thru service was decent . Ordered two wraps. Both were COLD . Not lukewarm but refrigerator cold . Went inside to be told by manger that they were supposed to be cold. The only hot is to be the chicken . Unwrapped it and the chicken was cold from all of the toppings and condiments being cold .. even the flour tort was refrigerated. Unacceptable..Not to mention they were out of every other thing asked for .. ketsup too lol, don’t spend your money here .. poor service, horrible food.
