Just because we aren’t in person doesn’t mean treat us as if we aren’t spending our money like a in person customer just mishandling our food or giving whatever you feel instead of what’s ordered it’s not right and careless DoorDash customers are just as important and deserve great customer service as well as a in person customer if you don’t like your job get another one don’t mishandle someone food and hard earned money because you choose to

Service was horrible. The order taker is rude. The food temp was ok but quality was poor. They tell you no substitutions, and still got the order wrong. Food thrown in the box and one piece of chicken was deformed. Definitely go to BoJangles down the road, if this location is your only choice. Also they purposely don’t provide a receipt so you cannot contact corporate. It’s a policy at Popeyes that a receipt is provided.

I will be calling health inspectors on this restaurant very often until they get it right! Serving under required temperature for food and serving old chicken to customers is ridiculous!

I normally go to this Popeyes weekly and so does my family. I went today 3/1/2025 at 3:39 pm. I always order single pieces of chicken, today was no different. I ordered two breasts and a leg the cashier said my total was $10.70, I told her that amount was incorrect. She wouldn't listen when I explained that I order this every week. I was at the drive thru when another employee came to the window and he told me I couldn't order single pieces of chicken. I asked how much is a breast and he said "$2.79, but the young lady charged me $8.59 for two breasts before tax. I just told them to give my money back and I went to Bojangles where I had no problem getting what I ordered. I'm going to call corporate Monday to see what's the resolution to this problem. I will give an update.

Well - after I left a glowing review I went back at night. The experience could not have been more different than my other visits here. This time they were out of any chicken other than spicy sandwich. I don’t think that one is good so I asked how long a wait and it was goi g to be 20-30 minutes. Again, this is a fast food restaurant that specializes in chicken but at 7pm on a Friday night they had no chicken ready to go unless you could wait :30.

Old review - I’ve only ever eaten the sandwich and only at weekday lunchtime here. They were efficient and sandwich was hot and tasty.

2 hours before closing and they don't have any food.

Don’t eat here I use to work here this company is dirty and they don’t treat customers fairly I told the boss that they had a worm in their food and I needed to throw the chicken away he said if I throw it away. That’s my job I took a picture of it threw it away and quit I could never do my customers dirty like that I’m done with Popeyes

The crew at this Popeyes is exceptional. Very polite great recommendations on food and everything was delicious. Very polite young gentleman at the window make sure I had the right sauces. It’s the little things that make my day.

I’ve been in this restaurant a couple times because my brother and my son works here . I placed an application. I had an interview with Eugene who hired me and I was waiting on my paperwork to fill out . He never sent it and this is because me and my brother had gotten into it and he said something to him and Eugene I guess said forget me . As if I didn’t need a job so he took the word of an employee . Got in family business instead of saying that’s y’all’s issue . He did not reply to any of my messages after that. Very unprofessional and no I wasn’t gonna let it go. He’s a manager and he needs to do better . I wouldn’t work there now . They need to clean it up especially the windows and glass of the restaurant .. know how to sweep and clean the tables so ppl can actually come and sit and eat. It’s a very disturbing restaurant to try and not hire someone off someone else word. How did he know my brother didn’t lie : like someone maybe needs his job because he doesn’t know how to do it . Smh. AWFUL !!

The most unprofessional staff I've ever experienced. The two host names on the receipt Shatal and Eugene. Could not get a simple order after four or five times very rude And when I asked to talk to the manager and get their name that I was told I don't need to know their name and they weren't getting no manager. Got home and the order was still wrong and it was disgusting. So I went back, went and got a refund and they were still very unprofessional laughing making smart comments. This was the worst experience I ever could imagine.

Excruciatingly slow service last night and tonight. Lost my order somehow and still hung around chit chatting and going incredibly slow to remake and they had no other orders (even the manager was chatting instead of working)

I went through the drive-through at Popeyes on North Tryon this evening and I have to say, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any fast-food spot. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better from the start.

As for the food—outstanding! Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked.its clear that they take pride in both their service and food quality. I left as a happy customer and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this Popeyes location!
