I had to go Back to the counter 3xs, for one Reason or the other! The drink was Flat, chicken was like real greasy pitiful establishment 100% 2/22/2025
The only thing good was time consiments

AVOID, don't bother with a LG combo. They will 🐍 your food. It's been like 5 times now. I even tried ordering on the app and I got it half eaten.

I literally repeated my order five times then I get to the window and had to repeat it two more times not only was no one in the drive-through I still had to wait. I understand if they’re busy, but they were not busy. It was just a bunch of young people standing around. Then I was told to pull over and wait for my food when they brought my food I didn’t have no straw or no silverware.

Bottom line I had a foreign object in my meal that looked like thick pieces of chocolate embedded into the sandwich bread!! Im not going to say what else it looked like!! I’ve completely lost my appetite. They told me it was bread ain’t no way in the world! I didn’t get an apology or offered anything else or another option but just gave me a new sandwich and handed it to me without a bag!!
Customer service nowadays is just not the same as it used to be

I always love this Popeyes. Instead of giving me a regular sized drink which comes with my combo, they gave me a small. Then on top of that when I got home there was no biscuit with the combo and small ass tenders. I never had a problem till tonight. I always had the best service here. But tonight was literally disgraceful .

The food is always good here. Also ,the staff are generally courteous and friendly. I think they have a winning system. Maintain and only attain staff who are service oriented and this location will enjoy indefinite success.
