Today I Spoke with a girl name Tanisha or tanaysha I believe and she informed me about the new wings they have and was kind and patient enough to make sure I had the wings I wanted. Very nice to receive good service. I felt she deserved to be noticed today Even for something so simple.

Every time I've gotten food from here late at night or early afternoon, it's been amazing. Just don't get it early evening - that one time was a huge disappointment

Great food but they're incredibly slow. Would probably go there more often but it's terribly slow.
Chicken sandwich was yummy. Wish the fries had been hot then would have given more stars. Strawberry lemonade was very good.

Surely other locations must be doing something different given the positive chatter, because this location tastes like they added too much baking soda to the dredge and then cooked the chicken till it was dry. Save for the fish sandwich.

On my way home from work I placed a mobile order here for 6 piece combo, side of mac and cheese and a large drink (which cant be modified in the combo for some reason). Anyways, I get to the store drive thru and they said they need 5 mins to "pack it up". Okay, so I waited in the pitch black sketchy parking lot (which has zero area lights in it) for 10 minutes exactly and then returned to the drive thru speaker in my car. Guy on speaker told me "Okay, your order is ready, you can pull forward to the window". Once I get there, a different guy tells me they ran out of all their the Mac and cheese... and asks me if extra fries would be okay instead... meanwhile I already have double fries on the combo because the rest of the side options are terrible and very limited in my opinion. Keep in mind it's like a $5 price difference between mac and cheese and a side of fries, nevermind the cost difference. I had already been at the store for nearly 15 minutes at this point so I said sure whatever because I didnt want to waste more time arguing. The worst part was that they fries were cold and and I received no honey mustard even though I paid for several packets of it, which means I ended up eating zero of the 3 boxes of fries I got. So, essentially, I paid $20 for 6 pieces of mediocre chicken and a flat coke. Worst popeyes experience ever and this may be one of the worst popeyes locations in existence, with the worst customer service in restaurant history. Waste of $20 and a waste of time. The chicken didn't even come close to making it worth it. Never again at this location. Something strange about this place, avoid if possible.

I went through the drive-through for my food. I ordered a fish sandwich, chicken sandwich, 8 piece meal with red beans and rice all mild. The total bill was $48.00, which I thought seemed excessive. I waited for me food after paying with my credit card. The cashier closed the window after she handed my card back to me. Once my bag was packed and ready, she handed me the bag of food, but I had to ask for my receipt . She had to go get the receipt as if it were hidden and not readily available. Something suspicious is happening there with money and receipts. The chicken had no seasoning. It was the worst chicken I've ever gotten from Popeyes.
Order 20 pieces of chicken today and the large fries was more like a small side and the chicken had no flavor. The rice and beans also was not good at all. I was very disappointed I spent $70 and my family was unsatisfied. We have always had good food from this location in the past. Drive thru cashier was really nice.
The Chicken Size keeps getting smaller for the same price !

This Popeye's location is in my neighborhood, and that makes it convenient. My family LOVES Popeye's chicken, so we have it 2-3 times per month. I prefer the wings. The ghost pepper wings are entirely too hot for me, and I eat spicy food every day. My favorite beverage is the frozen Mango Lemonade. I buy several and place them in the freezer.

This popeyrs has turned around drastically in the past year or so. It is so clean inside, everyone is so nice and attentive and the food is always freshly cooked. Definitely my go to for the chicken sandwiches, which are the best!
I can’t believe that the employees in the night shift are lazy and rude, I like Popeyes but there location… sorry, they are bad with the customers.
