Loved our take-out Bolognese on capellini with meatballs! Rich and flavorful sauce, tender and juicy meatballs, perfectly cooked pasta, and it was ready for pick up very quickly.

I had lunch here on Monday and witnessed one of the most disappointing examples of customer service management I’ve ever seen. I was seated near a woman dining alone who complained about nearly everything—her bread, her drink, even that she didn’t get a salad, when a salad wasn’t included with her meal. She then falsely claimed that her meal had been served to me first and returned to the kitchen, which absolutely wasn’t true because they weren’t even the same dish.

Throughout the entire ordeal, the waitress stayed calm, polite, and professional, showing remarkable patience despite the guest’s unreasonable behavior. It was apparent to me that the rude customer was trying to get a free meal.

The most upsetting part came when the woman went to the front and complained to a man who appeared to be the owner. Instead of investigating what actually happened, he immediately reprimanded the server harshly & loudly for all to hear! It was upsetting to watch.

The food was decent, but after observing how management chose to treat an employee who was handling a difficult customer with grace, I lost all desire to return. It was disheartening & I will not be coming back.

We were in town for business and decided to try a restaurant that we hadn’t had before. Scrolled through dozens and the menu/photos caught our eye! Phenomenal doesn’t even adequately describe the taste and quality here. We aren’t even finished with the meal and I am writing this review! I’m a sucker for a fresh made pizza. Not a fast food pie, a real deal fresh ingredient pie. Don’t hesitate to try this location. The staff are amazing. They check on you more than once. Our drinks never got empty, the atmosphere is awesome. Very clean, very midtones, so it’s relaxing and fun.

Love this place. Service and food are always good. Atmosphere is cozy and a little loud. If you are looking for a quiet dinner this is not the spot BUT dont let that keep you away. Its not loud but I woild call it vibrant.

We have been to the other 2 in Charlotte... the food is good everywhere, but i think they have the best service. Great ingredients. You can taste the difference.

Food was not great...pretty ordinary at best. But, we didn't get pizza. LOTS Of people had the pizza, maybe thats what its all about.
Maybe its good for kids..
Or after a school event.
Not our favorite place.. but, you might like it.
