During peak hours, they prioritize people in store more than the people who ordered in advance online. Literally saw the pick up line all the way to the door while the people in store was getting their sandwiches faster.. People in the pickup line was waiting for like 15mins for their online orders.. It didn't make any sense.. If I were you, You are better off ordering in store.. That was a bad experience..

My husband and I really value great customer service, and this visit definitely made us happy. Ben was patient, attentive to our requests, and truly compassionate. I recently visited Potbelly Sandwich Shop and tried their chicken and bacon sandwich. Overall, it was a decent experience, though not quite enough to make me a repeat customer. The sandwich itself tasted good, but I found it a bit heavy on the bread. The filling—chicken and bacon—was flavorful, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the bread was overwhelming the other ingredients.
Compared to other sub chains, it’s definitely better than most, but it didn’t have that wow factor I was hoping for. The price felt a bit steep for the portion, especially considering I wasn’t blown away by the overall balance of the sandwich. On the plus side, the service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable.
While I wouldn’t mind having the sandwich again if I were in the area, I’m not sure I’d prioritize coming back.

Food is good. Open hours are kind of odd though. I went in as google indicated they were open until 3pm on Sunday. When I arrived about 2:30 from first Glance they appeared to be closed. I then looked at the hours on the door and it indicated they were closed on Sunday. Then I seen a paper sign indicating they were open Sundays until 3pm in September. As I was about to leave I seen a worker sweeping and tried the door and it opened. Suffice it to say next time I am calling to verify they are open before going.
Stopped by on a whim while running errands, and the food was top-notch. Staff very friendly and helpful with description of menu.

Sherlyn had outrageously good customer service! Was attended quickly and she helped me choose what to pick also had patience with me. Food was stupendous! Overall an exquisite meal and experience, will definitely be coming back again!

apparently they don't tell you online what is on your sandwich, only the meats. for all you know there could be diarrhea and aids as a topping and they won't tell you, then you order a sandwich that costs your life savings and it has fricken mayo and pickles on it that melts into the cheese and mixes so you can't pull it off. they may also have an std option they don't tell you about cause that's what it seems like.PUT DESCRIPTIONS ON YOUR SANDWHICHS!
