apparently they don't tell you online what is on your sandwich, only the meats. for all you know there could be diarrhea and aids as a topping and they won't tell you, then you order a sandwich that costs your life savings and it has fricken mayo and pickles on it that melts into the cheese and mixes so you can't pull it off. they may also have an std option they don't tell you about cause that's what it seems like.PUT DESCRIPTIONS ON YOUR SANDWHICHS!

Had lunch here and I loved it, I was in a rush and was able to get a fresh toasty sub and great service in less than 10mins. The shop was very clean and fresh smelling as well.

The staff were amazing and attentive even to my daughters doing their orders (6,9). The food was delicious, my kids had potato soup and a turkey with avocado sandwich and we're in heaven. I had a wreck with chili and both were very delicious. You can tell they use high quality meat and fresh veggies that you can choose. Overall great experience

Grabbed a bite here with a family member after a Dr visit nearby. Sandwich options were diverse, food tested great, but best part was the service. Thanks to Christian for making the experience so pleasant!!

Quality of ingredients is great. Portion sizes are great. Customer service is great. I found Potbelly originally on a trip to DC and now go at least once a month in my hometown

The people who work at this location are pleasant but absent. If you drop my sandwich on the floor and have to start over, fine, accidents happen. When making it the second time and you ask "Anything else?" and I say "Please don't cut my sandwich in half", don't look at me, say OK and then cut the sandwich in half by habit. You're supposed to hire people smarter than you, not dumber than you. It's stunning how many people are physically present, but otherwise completely disengaged. Whatever...

I've been working nearby for awhile now but have found other places to eat nearby. Today I found myself short on time so Potbelly it was. As I expected, there was a long line in the heart of the lunch hour so I probably waited 10 minutes or more to order. The staff is really nice and polite but they seemed to struggle with the volume of orders; they could have used at least one more person. The cashier had to double as the person fulfilling pickup orders. That caused a few minutes' delay for me to pay and I was a few minutes late for a meeting as a result. My turkey sandwich was good. The hot peppers weren't as hot as I'd hoped but the sandwich satisfied my hunger. The interior is a good size, bigger than the uptown location. It's nice to know they have half and half combos, which is exactly what I went with today. Amount of food is a good value for the price.

Good location with great customer service from the staff. I am a weekly lunch visitor at this location. Last week I made my normal order and forgot my wallet before trying to make my payment. The worker there said you come here all the time and the lunch order is on the house. I was pleasantly surprised and it made my day! 5 star customer service and I will continue to come this location on a weekly basis.

Sandwiches are good. Would be nice if they were open late for the evening crowd.

Consistently good food. Really enjoy the salads.

Some places will throw a couple of hot peppers on a sandwich to give it a kick. Here they’ll put on enough to test you.
