Was in town for a business trip and was recommend this place, workers were very friendly and the atmosphere of the shop itself was amazing. I was then given the absolute best sandwich I’ve ever had in my travels, definitely recommend!

Wheat 🌾 breaded light mayo………… don’t drop your plate 🍽️ please 🙏 you”ll be very upset 😭…/ This review is really my reaction to the food 🍲 It’s dream were real then the food is real here… Just a Visitor to Charlotte North Carolina and this Spot I was introduced to by one the homeless friends I have on the street I brought him some food then forgot myself 🛌😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤️🥪 fell asleep hungry that night but the next morning…. I waited for my chance to eat! I wasn’t surprised 😯 food was real as in for the soul this crazy 🤪 but I’m allergic to chicken & beef 🥩 so thanks for my Tuna Sandwich
Me and my guys were doing a job next to potbelly and stopped in on our lunch break.
I got the SteakHouse sandwich which comes with angus roast beef, blue cheese, provolone and aioli and it was amazing!
The roast beef wasn’t chewy at all and was very flavorful.
The staff and owner were great as well.
Hard to find great food, great service and reasonable prices and this place had all three!
Highly recommend stopping in if your in Charlotte ;)

I received the most amazing service yesterday. I’m on crutches and the owner treated me like royalty. He couldn’t have been nicer. But I also love this place for the consistently great food, top notch service and consistency. I could eat there every day. Please keep being here for us!!

Potbelly is the best! This restaurant is poorly managed. $60 on UberEats gets you two sandwiches and two bags of cookies… or from here, one sandwich (other forgotten) and two bags of rock-hard stale cookies. Rough $60 order for one edible sandwich.
Nice spot to get something pretty quick and good. I had a regular size of Mama's Meetball Sandwich, that is made of beef and pork delicious meatballs with classic Italian tomato sauce (so called marinara) and with provolone cheese. ? And it was absolutely great! ???

Our sandwiches were fine, the service we received is not the friendliest. It was about $70 for four sandwiches, four chips, and two drinks (enough to feed our family of 4 sharing drinks). We spent most of our time at table service restaurants around here when we moved into town, so the counter service price tag was shocking. If you believe I would really sing the custom center here, because when they weren't complete enough to justify their price and the service can't make up the difference.
