Our sandwiches were fine, the service we received is not the friendliest. It was about $70 for four sandwiches, four chips, and two drinks (enough to feed our family of 4 sharing drinks). We spent most of our time at table service restaurants around here when we moved into town, so the counter service price tag was shocking. If you believe I would really sing the custom center here, because when they weren't complete enough to justify their price and the service can't make up the difference.

This was worth the walk to eat at! Their Walnut Chicken Salad was amazing. Their staff was nice. The cookie was so good!

Worst delivery and meal!! Even the neighbors commented as the food was tossed on the concierges desk after a 20% tip. The meal was cold and soggy by the time we got it. They don't seem to be able to answer the phone either. It won't happen again!

Hit this today while in uptown for a chess tournament with my son. The man working was by himself there but so very friendly. He thanked us for coming in and mentioned how grateful he is for customers. I got the Turkey and cheese sandwich. My son got the BLTA. And Mac and cheese. So yumm. My son is a foodie and was very impressed with his sandwich, the applewood bacon was so delicious. Thank you for the great experience and food!

Although quite tasty, the prices were just a bit too high. Employees were very friendly, but the restaurant felt somewhat 'seedy' overall.

Our sandwiches were fine, although the service we got wasn't the most friendly. It was something like nearly $70 for four sandwiches, four chips, and two drinks (enough to feed our family of 4, while sharing drinks). We spent around that at most of the table service restaurants we went to while in town, so to have that price tag for counter service was shocking. I'd only really recommend coming here if you're alone, because while the sandwiches were fine, they weren't good enough to justify their cost and the service didn't bridge that gap.

Chicken club was ok, daughter liked the Mac and cheese. Nothing mind blowing though.

Best Italian sub I've ever had. The bread was so soft, ingredients were fresh. Plus they were very fast moving even with a long line

Very disappointing. Pot Belly is generally very reliable, and perhaps the quality was lacking because it was a Sunday, but all of the vegetables (on my sandwich and salad) were really tired. Cucumbers and tomatoes were soft, and lettuce was warm and wilted. Ended up throwing away half my sandwich, and regretted eating the salad. No issues with the staff; they were helpful and friendly.

Don’t ever place an order with them. Will never get what you want. They are thieves. They will take your money and you will get nothing in return. Can’t even call them because they don’t pick up.Save your money. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!

Very unreliable location for app and DoorDash take-out orders. Is 25+ minutes behind on scheduled pickup time every time I’ve tried. They also don’t participate in the promo deals listed on the app - the store employees have no idea when you mention it.In-store orders and dine-in seems to be fine, but you can’t rely on this place for a scheduled pick-up order since staff is too overwhelmed to handle both the in-store and takeout lines. Hopefully they can get more organized soon.

RUFUS YOUR catering manager is going to run pot belly into the ground. I came in the store to pick up an online order and he would not ac acknowledge that I was even standing there he finished making someone else's sandwich and I saw that the order I was looking for was already done I asked him if he could hand it to me he said no. I express to him that this was an online order and I just wanted him to take two seconds just to hand me the order he said no there was another lady standing there so he was going to make her order and make me wait for as long as you wanted to I remember this particular person Rufus at the Epic Center he was that same brash hard to get along with person in that establishment as well. Rufus has no sense of urgency when it comes to online orders he has no real customer service he does not show empathy and he's always hard to get along with. My Saving Grace today to get my order in a timely fashion was the employee that worked there as well she helped me out a lot. Rufus is such a nightmare and a complete monster and I'm not just saying that because of the bad experiences I have with this guy that is his character and that is who he is it also seems as though the employee was petrified of him Potbelly you have to do better in coaching him with his customer service because it's horrible if we are waiting for online orders just hand them to us and learn how to multitask

Recently revisited Potbelly Deli after a long hiatus, and unfortunately, I was quickly reminded of the reasons for my previous absence. I opted for the turkey bacon and provolone sandwich, expecting a flavorful bite, but was met with a complete lack of taste. The sandwich was so bland that it felt like I was eating something entirely devoid of flavor, akin to chewing on a piece of leather. It was a real letdown. While I've had decent experiences at other Potbelly locations in the past, this particular visit was truly disappointing. 2/5 stars.
