Great shop, friendly service and the quality sandwich you’d expect from potbelly’s.
I love the chicken cheddar, and I load it up with hot peppers (Chicago style giardiniera), onions, tomato’s, lettuce, and mayo on multigrain.
Would recommend - great spot for lunch or otherwise!

Ordered online-order was ready as promised— food was still piping hot when I arrived home about 20 mins later— great tasting meatball sub, and potato soup. Also got a side of Mac n cheese for another family member. Tried it and it was delish as well.. great experience from start to finish!

During peak times like lunch do NOT use online ordering. There is no organization of the orders that come in online. Your order can be placed for 30 minutes and they will prioritize walk ins vs online orders. You’ll get your food 1000x faster just walking in then placing online order. The tickets for online are not placed in order they are received, they toss them back on a table and it’s luck of the draw which ticket gets addressed first.
I'm a former Chicago native and grew up on Potbelly. I was so happy when they came to the Charlotte area. The stores here are well run, and the product is excellent. If you want the best toasted sandwich in the U.S., Potbelly is the place to go.Thanks to the local franchisee and their team for bringing this awesome product to the Charlotte area!

Drove all the way from fort Mill to your establishment because of all the hype from my friends. It definitely lived up to the hype delicious food and nice staff. My only complaint is that I could not find the telephone number to call ahead.
