It’s been our go to place for Sushi to best the best quality of fish. Amazing offerings, specials, and prices are reasonable for the quality you get. No wonder why they have been recommended by the Michelin Guide recently!!

They sent us the incorrect roll and we had to re-order another. We sent it back not touched or eaten and they charged us for it. At first we thought it was a clerical mistake and kindly asked for the removal, they refused. While the fish/sushi is of high quality, we will not return due to the poor customer service experience. Consumers should not pay for an incorrect order that they did not consumer. It was only $18 dollar roll but it was the principle, not the money.

Some of the best nigiri I've had in Charlotte! Expertly prepared and the brush on each piece was perfectly balanced. It really show cased the fish. We had the thorny head rockfish for the first time and it was incredible! The Toro Imperial was delicious. The salmon belly was yummy and so was the spicy tuna roll. Definitely try the seasonal cuts from off menu. Going back for sure.

4 stars ⭐️ only because they don’t know what beef carpaccio is. It’s also kind of strange to see carpaccio on a sushi restaurant menu, what does Italian cuisine have to do with it? No idea. If you’re expecting the kind of carpaccio you’d get in Europe or in any place that actually knows how to make it - don’t order it. It tasted good, yes, but the presentation they went for was definitely not carpaccio.

The rolls were delicious - no complaints there. Fresh fish and a rich, flavorful taste.

Became our sushi go to place since they opened and we have recommended it to many people. Toddler and I had sushi for dinner tonight and he's been throwing up for half the night and I've been in the bathroom for several hours.

Nobody else in the household got sick (so def not stomach flu) and the symptoms cleared up with activated charcoal and within 2 days.

Prime Fish delivers an unforgettable dining experience. The quality of the fish is top tier every bite is incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. We tried several dishes, from the uni and caviar nigiri to the truffle topped rolls, and everything was outstanding. The service was just as impressive, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, which made the evening even better.
