Prime Fish delivers an unforgettable dining experience. The quality of the fish is top tier every bite is incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. We tried several dishes, from the uni and caviar nigiri to the truffle topped rolls, and everything was outstanding. The service was just as impressive, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, which made the evening even better.
Very fresh!! Compliments to the chef, the rolls are curated perfectly and have the best flavor profiles. Unique menu offerings and more true to authentic japanese style. High end selections available like wagyu, foie gras, toro, and salmon belly. Best sushi i’ve had in years. Would give 10 stars.
Some of the best sushi in Charlotte. It's fresh and tastes great. Though, the establishment is intimate in size, we usually don't have to wait for a seat. Hendra, our waiter, was very personable and gave great recommendations on saki and rolls. Prime Fish Sushi will always be our go to place for sushi.
