The food was nothing to write about at all. Pasta was ok wife's dinner was not cooked enough sons dinner was penne ala vodka chef made it but it was just red sauce nothing fantastic. Do I recommend not at all try somewhere else.

A lovely hidden gem with exceptional food, great service and ambience. Everyone enjoyed their salads and entrees and the servings were perfect size. Cocktails were well made and a nice wine list by the glass. Parking can be a challenge,but the din er is worth it!

Wonderful food and atmosphere. Quiet. Elegant. Veal Francese was sublime. My husband loved his rigatoni with braised oxtail. All around a nice, romantic evening!

Had the veal milanese - fabulous! also the 10 oz filet - very good - ordered it medium rare, was very rare but I didn't mind! Also, the veal chop - very good flavor but quite a bit of fat which made it a little hard to eat - don't know if I would get it again... Appetizers were both great - Eggplant rollatini and Shrimp St. Thomas! One of our go toCLT restaurants - consistently good food and great service!

Never disappoints! There is a reason this consistent & cozy neighborhood spot has been open for 30+ years. It probably doesn't have more buzz by design...the CLT locals want to be able walk in and get a table or a seat at the bar on any random weekday🙋♀️ Charming and romantic in the dining room, friendly & fun at the bar. Plus it's just plain delicious.

It was our first time here for a Valentines Day dinner date and we weren't let down ! The service was prompt and the appetizers, drinks , food, and were great. We will definitely be back !

This restaurant has been a popular neighbor spot that we have enjoyed for years. However our last visit left us disappointed. We met our daughter and new son in law to celebrate his birthday. Experience started ok, but slowly deteriorated and it was not busy, many open tables. The food was just ok, it was the service that was most disappointing. When we finished our cocktails we had to ask for another drink. My daughter was not feeling well and lost her appetite, when asked to box her food the server reacted very annoyed. We were given the bill without even a chance to order dessert. Not what I expected from this Myers Park treasure.

Primo Prime was amazing. The food was fresh and the noodles were properly cooked. I had fettuccine and my wife had the bolognese. We also had the St Thomas shrimp which was immaculately prepared. The ambiance of the room was the perfect setting for a Valentines night. The environment complimented the delicious dishes that were prepared. I am definitely adding Primo Prime to the #1 Italian restaurant in the area.

We had reservations for dinner on New Years eve. Arrived early and stood at the door for roughly 5-10 minutes before we were ever greeted. Despite several people coming and going from the host stand. So far not off to a good start. This was then followed by being sat at a table that was extremely close to another party that was already seated. (The restaurant was NOT full). It then took about 15-20 minutes for our server to come to our table. He brought out bread and never brought any silverware settings. We then had to ask the young man who was setting the empty table next to us if we could also have silverware.
We ordered cocktails and water. We eventually ended up ordering the pasta specials for that evening which were just sub par. I will honestly never return to this establishment again. Service was horrible and the food was definitely not worth the cost.

Wheelchair accessibility: Unless they had an elevator somewhere. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the front entrance.
