Great experience ordering Philly cheese steak here. Young gentleman working was very friendly, professional and fast. I got the best hoagie made just the way I ordered. It was a little pricey but worth it as I don't get to splurge much. I'll go back the next time I can. Thank you.

Amazing hoagies! Ingredients are extremely fresh and flavorful you can tell the veggies are chopped daily and that crusty bread can handle a lot of oil, vinegar, and mayo just the way I like! Service was also primo they customize a corn beef hoagie for me!

There is a certain feeling you get when you bite into an Italian made perfectly. For me it is a high, euphoria. Since I moved to the Charlotte area I forgot how that felt. Then, one of my old favorites opened near the outlets. I was skeptical tbh, how could they duplicate that feeling only back home could give me. So I tried it, and quickly remembered, Primos has one of the best sandwiches, no matter where it is located. Well done folks! Thanks for waking up my taste buds.

Food was 10/10 amazing. Phenomenal customer service. Owners and employees are welcoming, polite, and efficient. Very clean store. Definitely a must visit hoagie shop. Especially if you're at the outlet mall or coming home from the airport. I'm there at least 2 times a week
