This place used to be a Vietnamese restaurant and they still have bubble tea and pho on the menu, along with Indian cuisine. Beware, the curry is pretty spicy!

I like the PHO and order it to go during lunch. However, they never give to go bowls making it quite difficult to eat. They give you a to go box with a cup full of broth and that is it. I have never in my life seen a Pho shop not give customers to go bowls. If they are too cheap to take care of their customers I will not come back.

Not recommended!!! We ordered paneer Tikka pizza and they served chicken pizza to us. The lady who was taking order was not at all sorry about that and was rude.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst Place! They served me chicken when I ordered for veggie pho. The manager did not even apologise for the service. Instead sent someone with a veggie pho. I was only asked if I wanted a refund. Absolutely zero service! Do not go here!

Pudina is a nice fusion of Indian and Vietnamese. It was a chilly day, so their Seafood Pho was perfect. It was nice and bright, with several large shrimp (perfectly cooked), chunks if sea legs, some bay scallops there could have been a few more) and of course, noodles. They bring bean sprouts and methi leaves for you to add yourself. There's a nice bit of heat, too. I asked for some cilantro leaves, but apparently they were out of them. Thank goodness I ordered the medium size, as it was filling and large would have been way too much. I will definitely return.

Ordered from Pudina via Foodsby yesterday. The food tasted amazing. The after effects were not as pleasant though. I had indigestion in the late afternoon and was ill to my stomach by midnight. Will be working from home today. After reading recent reviews and considering my predicament, I think a deep scrubbing and cleaning of the kitchen facilities needs to start happening on a regular basis. The food was good, but clearly there are problems. I want to like this place and rate it 5 stars because the food tastes great, but something is clearly going on recently. Maybe a new cook or chef came on board with the team?

I went there for tea and chicken tikka.The tea tasted great but it had powdery substance and thick texture. I couldn't sip it the third time. After few minutes my head was spinning and it was very difficult to drive. The chicken tikka was the most horrible form of chicken tikka I ever had. They don't know what it means. Even a simple Google search would help them make something better than what they labelled as chicken tikka.
I wish there was an option to give 0 stars, Pudina would be the most deserving restaurant to have 0 star rating in and around Charlotte!!

I found 2 dead bugs in my food while eating chicken PHO inside the restaurant. The lady who was serving us there asked me what do I want in a way as if I had planted those bugs in my soup, rather apologizing too me and my guest. Really bad customer service along with unhygienic food and their food sanitation score is 91.2. I wouldn't recommend not going there for your own safety and health. I felt sick to my stomach since the incident. I even have proof for my claim.

As if this is the way to treat a customer who found something wrong with their food, and she questioned me as if I had planted those bugs in my food. Why would they even offer me to replace it with something else if I am going to trust their food handling in just 2 minutes of incident. Not to even mention that their sanitation score is 91, along with the server who brought me my food, had no gloves on while his fingers thumb was dipped in the soup. I shouldve shopped him then. I wish I could even not give them this 1 star.

Customer service wasn’t that great. As someone who has worked in the service industry it’s a little disappointing when you aren’t even greeted, nosmiles or anything. I got the vegetarian pho and asked if I could add shrimp and was told no? Weird. The toppings for the pho were old.
