Pudina is a nice fusion of Indian and Vietnamese. It was a chilly day, so their Seafood Pho was perfect. It was nice and bright, with several large shrimp (perfectly cooked), chunks if sea legs, some bay scallops there could have been a few more) and of course, noodles. They bring bean sprouts and methi leaves for you to add yourself. There's a nice bit of heat, too. I asked for some cilantro leaves, but apparently they were out of them. Thank goodness I ordered the medium...
Ordered from Pudina via Foodsby yesterday. The food tasted amazing. The after effects were not as pleasant though. I had indigestion in the late afternoon and was ill to my stomach by midnight. Will be working from home today. After reading recent reviews and considering my predicament, I think a deep scrubbing and cleaning of the kitchen facilities needs to start happening on a regular basis. The food was good, but clearly there are problems. I want to like this place and rate...
Customer service wasn’t that great. As someone who has worked in the service industry it’s a little disappointing when you aren’t even greeted, nosmiles or anything. I got the vegetarian pho and asked if I could add shrimp and was told no? Weird. The toppings for the pho were old.
