45 minutes to get three burgers and three fries which ended up being almost $60. They make these burgers en masse and just sit them on the counter waiting to be bundled into an order. There's no variation or specialization, and they still managed to get it wrong and leave the lettuce and tomato off one of them. The buns were dry and stale, cheese is crappy American cheese, and beef was cold and tasteless. The fries at least were warm, but the ketchup packets are tiny and we had to spend 15 minutes opening up 30 packets and squeezing them out. Come on, $15 for three orders of fries you should give me my own ketchup bottle.

The experience at this crap hole was bad enough that I'm never going to the WWC itself ever again.

Our experience was amazing as always when we dine in there for our 1920s theme Valentine dinner service was amazing. Dinner was amazing. Thank you again and see you next year.

What an amazing place to take a date on NYE 2024/5...! This restaurant has great local decor that immerses you in the historical and current Alaskan experiences and way of life. Our server, Blaine, was so amazing and attentive! We loved everything we ordered; their shrimp and crab ragoons were the best we've ever had...! Their seafood chowder was one of the top three I've ever had. So. Good! Our filet's were cooked perfectly and as we walked out of the door with leftovers, the Aurora borealis lit off in a huge way! Wowwww!

Our party arrived a bit earlier than anticipated but we were still able to get seated right away! Our waiter was very welcoming and attentive - we ordered the elk medallion and elk meatloaf with potatoes and veggies (pictured below/above). I ordered a glass of wine that paired well with the meat! Overall, we were happy with how the meats tasted and everything complemented each other well. The ambience of the space was nice, fairly busy with fun Fairbanks memorabilia and decor! I'd 100% recommend for those coming to visit Fairbanks!!

Sunday brunch was great but $40 a person is a lot. Many of the buffet items would disappear to be refilled but not return timely. The food is excellent. Will definitely go again for a special occasion.

Food was good and waitress was good. My only real issue was the hostess. When we were seated she placed us at a table were we have no room. My wife and I had to slide the table so I can fit between the table and the person behind me. But then my wife was in the doorway of the private dinning room. At least the hostess could have offered to help adjust the table or move somewhere else.

The steaks were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Atmosphere is great. The hoo Doo beer was amazing and really enjoyed the crème brûlée and coffee for dessert. We will be back.

The food was excellent and the service was great. The fruit was all perfectly ripe and tasty. The French toast was great with fresh whipped cream and berry compote. And the desserts - perfection. The only issue we had was it was a little chilly in the restaurant - as it was -28 that morning, and the hot water for hot tea was on the tepid side. However, the coffee was reported as very good.

Nice brunch with quality food items. Beef roast was fairly tough but all items were tasty.

Our server Misty was fantastic! She was stretched thin so we had to wait 30 minutes for her to take our drink order and dessert, but she kept in communication. Everything on the menu is expensive, this is a restaurant for celebrations, not for random weekends/weekdays etc.

Celebrating my 70th birthday here was great. A couple of small hiccups; the Chicken Denali was sent back and the salmon was a bit dry, but I chose not to send it back. The Risotto and Seafood Combo with pasta was great. They were out of the lava cake so we went with the apple pie. Reservations highly recommended.

What a pleasure! Seated quickly at a nice table. Very clean, large menu, but not overwhelming. Warm and casual atmosphere, with interesting “antique” stuff hanging everywhere to interest the eye. White wine flight was excellent. I had the bacon wrapped scallops and they were VERY good. Husband had the fish and chips, which were also wonderful. Dessert was a white and dark chocolate mousse cake which we shared with an added side of vanilla ice cream...we ate every bite. Our waiter (Vlad) was maybe the best part—so attentive, so cheerful and friendly without being intrusive or fake. After dinner, we went into the bar area—more casual (seat yourself), same menu available, think I saw a pool table at the far end! Had an espresso martini that was promptly served by another good server. I would 100% recommend and go again to The Pump House.

Nice rustic setting. We had a party of 6 celebrating a birthday. Most meals were great, salmon was unfortunately overdone. They sat us near the front door which was cold.

Excellent blackened halibut as well as the bacon wrapped meatloaf. Unfortunately the coconut shrimp fell short and they tried to get it right two times but we had to send it back as the outside was very well done and burnt and the inside was still raw. The fryer was much too hot I think but sometimes these things just don't work out. But the main dishes were fantastic, service was top notch h and the ambience is great. Would definitely go back.

Potatoes were over cooked, broccoli was not good. Salmon was a little dry. Not worth price imo. maybe a bad night? cream brûlée was delicious
