I am less than 60 days from a major company holiday party, and we find out today that QC catering can't help us. We only found this out after they stopped communicating and we did a follow up today with them to only learn from them "we are below their minimum cost threshold".A waste of time and now we are left with no caterer. Their food may be excellent, but the customer service is less than excellent. I will never recommend or try to do business with them again.
