Food was excellent, they made sure to set our plates from the buffet aside first and we got to enjoy it! We were between here and a (more expensive) competitor that we ended up having at a work event a week later, 100% QC was the better caterer. Book them!

The quality and quantity did not match what I paid for and I’m extremely disappointed.
I decided to cater specifically to avoid stress on the day of our event, but instead I had to scramble last-minute, ordering extra food through DoorDash and Uber Eats, spending a few hundred dollars more just to feed our guests. In hindsight, I wish I had gone that route from the beginning.
This experience ended up costing me more time, money, and stress than I could have imagined, and I was very disappointed in what should have been a simple and enjoyable service for the money spent.

We used QC Catering for our wedding of about 100 guests at the Red Fez Shrine Club here in Charlotte. The whole experience from initial contact to tasting to day-of was smooth and professional. The communication from our event leads Bea and Cheré was friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. We felt totally safe trusting then with the food sensitivities of our guests. The waitstaff were smooth, quick, and friendly. Our water goblets were always full! The food was actually tasting well seasoned which was our number one concern with hiring a wedding caterer. The vegetarian option we provided (stuffed acorn squash) was an equally well thought out dish and not an afterthought. There's a reason this is one of the top catering companies in Charlotte! They really have their act together. I would definitely use them again.
