QDOBA Mexican Eats

I am highly upset. This is really a reminder to eat at home. I order online I got 2 orders of nachos which came with no chips. I have 2 bowls one looks like a soup bowl it’s so much juice sitting on top of it. I really want to drive to the store and return this mess. I call the store it’s going to voicemail that hasn’t been set up. It’s a inconvenience to wake my kids up put them in the car to return some food

Food not great at all. Small portions and not good tasting. Had then street tacos with pull pork. Bowl was full of oily water and the meat was lost inside the flour tortillas.

Showed up at 8:15 and they were completely out of white rice for the evening even though they close at 10. The employee was not at all apologetic. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service at this location.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - Embarrassingly low amount of food

Ordered online (which I'm skeptical of things like this) and received about HALF OF THE BOWL FILLED, minimal protein (chicken), pico, lettuce, sour cream

I don't write reviews but this was embarrassing. Don't order online. As corny as those trendy videos are of people pulling out their phone, here is empirical evidence of a presence being needed for a respectful order of food.

Food was terrible. It wasn’t fresh. There was no greet upon walking in. Staff was not very friendly

Meat was found in beans. It was clearly mentioned we were vegetarians. When we informed this ...people there had no remours .he dint feel sorry nor offered different bowl . Really disappointed with staff behavior. Suggestion :- keep vegetarian away from meat and atleast be sorry your mistakes and offer new food

If you want a burrito filled to the brim with beens and rice, this is the place!
If you want a burrito filled with unburnt meat that doesn’t come from a vat filled with murky water of dubious origins, this is not the place. Sorry. 😢

Every time i come to qdoba chris, shaleeka and bryan get me right. they are rarely out of items and i usually go after 8 when they had been out of something shaleeka tried her best to accommodate me. the 3 of them are very warm and welcoming. i enjoy my experience every time they are there.

While the service was attentive, my black beans were ROCK hard and inedible. I had to pick them out of my food which i didn’t necessarily have the time to do. It really ruined my experience and I’ve never had any prior issues with Qdoba.

Jessica at the Woodlawn Blvd location was very nice and helpful in helping me with my questions about the ordering process. Got to taste the brisket and chicken before making a decision both was delicious so I got the half and half .It was delicious ?.

Parking: 20 minutes for Togo orders,it’s so good parking is busy during lunch.but you get your food fast and fresh.

Elijah is a terrible manager. They added beans to my burrito which im HIGHLY allergic to! And he offered no solution or Apology. I’m black but I can say I will not come here if there is an all black staff
