Ordered catering for a work lunch last minute and between the catering woman and the store they went above and beyond to take care of me and the food was loved by all.

My wife and I, experience racism at this facility, by a female employee. Nasty and rude attitude. We still remained pleasant. We removed ourselves from the store and di not purchase any food. The color of my skin is not a reason to be rude. Sad situation and atmosphere. The customer behind us also experienced the same issues, who happened to be the same skin complexion. They also removed themselves from the store as well without a purchase.

Good food and service like other Qdoba locations around Charlotte.

noticed E. WT Harris location does not offer individual Choula sauces as with other Qdobas in the area. Would be nice for to-go orders to have additional Cholula offered along with the napkins & utensils.

I came to this location based Google’s star ratings. I only gave two stars based on the location. Should’ve went to my initial location instead. I pretty much ordered an empty quesadilla because the girl who fixed my food barely put any toppings on a large tortilla. Probably won’t be back considering the service and the price I paid. When it comes to food and my money being spent I should be a satisfied customer.

My Mexican street corn consisted of just..corn. No toppings at all. I watched . They acted SO upset that they even had to make it. Like if I would have known they were not going to try at all I would not have bought it. The one person working to prepare the food got so upset and flustered that 10 mobile orders came in while he was making my burrito that he just checked out. Gave me so MUCH attitude after that. In his words and how he treated my burrito. But I'm most upset that he chose to just scoop some corn into a tub and give it to me, no toppings. How much was I charged for that supposedly limited time special food?

Parking: Awful drivers, one of the tightest lots in university. High levels of car accidents.
