Probably one of the worst locations I have ever visited customer service wise . I came in there was no one here in line besides me . The two young boys were at the register because the other workers were sitting down when I came in. One of them seemed annoyed with the questions I asked for he kept answering me in snarky condescending responses as if I shouldn’t have questions. I could understand if I was holding the line up but there was NO LINE. So what your annoyed to be at work? The second at the register laughing at all his remarks. WHAT A POOR EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Joke with each oThough they looked like they may be no more than 18 this is still NO EXCUSE. The food was AT BEST SUBPAR. The experience weighed out the food by far

I eat here regularly, the people here are kind and enjoyable. I have not used door dash or the to-go services, but I will say every time I go in, they give good portions and the food is way better than any other competitor!Some of my co-workers like their burritos, but I typically eat their rice bowls.

My fiancé and I absolutely love Qdoba, especially this location. We eat here every other week (sometimes more) and always have the best experiences with the workers and food. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. You can see them making everything in the kitchen! The service and food quality is much better than their competitors. They keep their spaces clean and have an excellent atmosphere when you walk in. The prices and portions are always get as well. We highly recommend!

Me and my family were headed home from our last day at great wolf lodge in concord. We were hungry from swimming all morning and part of the afternoon. We decided to eat at Qdoba where we were greeted with smiling faces. I had not eaten there for 5 months since I live an hour away. But too my surprise the owner/operator recognized me and welcomed me back like a friend. He then proceeded to just go above and beyond and gave me a free drink and after he took care of his other customers first, he came over to my table to give my kids a brownie and cookie to share . If you get the chance you need to come try the fresh food and wonderful atmosphere for you and your family.Kid-friendliness: The owner/ operator was very attentive in noticing my kids and came and brought them a brownie and a cookie for them to eat after there wonderful chicken quesadillas.

I used to order from this place a lot but never again after today. I clearly ordered no rice and no beans. The morons added beans to both of my bowls. You can see them in the picture. I get that these places pile huge amounts of rice and beans onto their dishes because that way they can save money. I clearly asked them not to and they did anyway. I used to think that Qdoba was better than the other places but no longer. All doordash did was credit me $9.34. I spent $44 on the bowls, which were ruined because someone couldn't read. Not once, but twice.
The take out option is a go-to, but the food is usually hot and fresh when delivered.
