I don't generally leave reviews but this place is absolutely unsanitary! So much cross contamination that I couldnt even allow them to finish making my food. There was all sorts of things mixed in the white rice from them dropping things in it. The chicken had a big chunk of something green in it and she slapped it in my bowl then pulled it out. She dropped meat all over the filthy counter surface and took her gloves and proceeded to drag it all over the surface to collect the meat and slapped it back in the container. Then the other guy who she passed my food to was wiping the work station with a dirty rag and was about to finish making my food with the same nasty gloves on! We were just starring in shock because they were completely ok with this like it's normal behavior. It wasn't even lunch rush.

I'd choose Qdoba over Chipotle or Moe's anyday. My favorite things to get are the chicken bowl and the chicken quesadilla. However, sometimes the rice and chicken lack the seasoning it's used to. Other than that, it's really good.

Extremely disappointed, asked for the surf and turf, the shrimp wasn’t ready so I had to wait five minutes for it, which is OK, but then once it was ready, never got the steak that comes with it. But we’re really irritating me was the girl at the cash register giving me an excuse why they don’t not have guacamole saying that it takes two hours to make, but was making no effort to make it, and then proceeds to tell me that they had already been out of guacamole for an hour and a half. Meanwhile 4 or 5 people are working and two of them are not doing anything. Definitely calling my card company back for a refund.

Hehe. I took this picture of one of the workers here. He had taken my order and stated into my eyes the whole way through the line. Ever since, I couldn't get him out of my mind. The way he pours that sour cream all over the bowls so delicately and smooth, feels almost intimate. I sit and watch him from my car everyday and he has yet to notice me. Sometimes, I catching him laughing at a coworker's joke and it angers me. Nobody deserves his attention. Nobody but me. I've heard some of the workers refer to him as Kevin. What a perfect name for a perfect man. I've noticed he takes out the trash by himself. Maybe I'll make my move then. He'll be mine. One day.

Ordered online and the only thing in the bowl was rice, beans, lettuce and pico. Nothing else that was ordered online was in the bowl! I don’t know what’s going on with this generation not knowing how to read but something has to give! Quit hiring DEI people, they don’t care about the customers they’re serving!
