Qdoba isn't as flavorful as Chipotle, but I won't hold it against this store. I will say that this is one of the cleaner eateries in Indian Land. We walked out of three other establishments before we landed here. I wish places (here included) would go back to using soap and hot water to clean with instead of spraying that sticky "disinfectant" that traps dirt on the table so well.

I went in and ordered early dinner.It was the worst I couldn't eat.I did talk ti an assistant manager about he saw my order and said he talk to his boss.I didn't hear back so I called the next day.I ask for the Manger and the person I talk to was agirl Rude and short.She said she give me my money backI went back and when I got there the Manger said no refund so I told her she rude needs Custer service classes and not to yell customer that she was giving me back my money and then says she wont.Thats ok I will never eat there again.

Qdoba located at 16631 Lancaster Hwy #101, Charlotte, NC 28277 (part of the shoppes at Audrey Kell) is a great fast food Mexican Taco/Burrito restaurant.Excellent prices and fresh food! Friendly/helpful staffing, and the Management really cares about their customers.Their brisket meat is my favorite along with their Taco Salad Shells. The queso is delicious as are their Fajita vegetarian. Their rice and beans is excellent too! The place to go for a quick bite mexican style!Ps - your Application for iPhone is TERRIBLE when inputting the manual code. I was rejected 3 times and triple checked each time after it was rejected the initial time. Not good.
Aside for the delicious food, the service is so wonderfully friendly and extremely efficient - they remember my orders and stop and chat for a while if it is not busy. One of my favorite places to pick up food!Vegetarian options: I love steak salads, but, periodically I have their impossible meat instead and find it to be a delicious vegetarian option.

Note to management, you need to train your employees better. Walked in and I was not acknowledged. Cashier and another employee were moving the food bins. Just rude and I pay my money !!!Also burrito not good!!!

The food was terrible. No seasonings whatsoever on the chicken in the burrito from what I could tell. They could have at least hit it with a little garlic and onion powder or something if nothing else. Was some of the blandest food I had probably ever had.
