Called almost a month ago due to the waitress overcharging me & never received my refund, wouldn’t recommend coming here

Crappy attitude from the host all the way to the waitress. They act like they’re the only taco place in town. Food underwhelming too.

Probably best Que Onda I've been to in Charlotte. Very flavorful food and good service.

Tried Que Onda for a bday celebration around lunch time on a Friday. This specific location wasn’t busy. We were seated right away and the food came out quickly and hot not long after we ordered. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Nachos and was highly impressed. Not only was it a decent amount of food for your money, but it was simply delicious! The service wasn’t all that great and the restaurant shares parking with other businesses. I would recommend trying here although I would try a different location to see if service is better there!

It is not a large selection of tequila to be a Mexican restaurant. There are not many options for non-pork eaters, as they don't make substitutions. House Margarita needed a shot added. Staff was slow, considering that no one was there but 2 other tables. Wasn't sure if they wanted us to leave...

Cool place but can do better with the portions and chips and salsa should be free like most restaurants. Other than that I'd definitely go back.

1st Time in this place. Overpriced period. The drink was trash had brown mint leaves in my Moijito( if thats what it was supposed to be, I was given the wrong order. I believe this person was new to bartending and food service period.

I have been to this location a few times. Something has changed. There used to be an amazing bartender but she left.

I always get the nachos with black beans which are really good. I know this place is supposed to be more upscale but the environment just doesn’t coincide with the pricing. Drinks and food seem overpriced in comparison with the service.

The young lady was nice but wasn’t familiar with the bar. I asked if they served any other alcohol besides tequila like bourbon or whisky because all that was on the menu was tequila. She just read off other times on the menu like beer. I asked the question again and then I asked her if she could just go ask the bartender and she did. She seemed young so maybe just not familiar with alcohol.

This is a chain but the location in Plaza Midwood is a totally different experience than this place. I rather drive the distance.

Vegetarian options: Black beans, plantains, salads

I went there on Sunday for brunch! I ordered the red chilaquiles with steak. It was delicious! And the presentation was awesome as well! (Comes in a can, you have to order it to know what I mean!) Can't wait to go back!!

Food was average, empanadas were good, tacos were ok. Service was slow, had to wait a lot to get our food.

Decent Mexican restaurant, but warning: there are no complimentary chips and salsa, and their margaritas are very small for the price they charge. The food was good but also in smaller portions that I am used to.
