American Airlines did not get my luggage on a transfer flight to CLT Airport, so I had to hang around the baggage claim to wait for my bags. The worker was friendly however during my visit their hot water heater or something along the lines was broken, which severely restricted their menu.

I don't generally give reviews unless they're exceptional. Working on a research project at Charlotte Intl Airport.
