If you need a quick cup of coffee or tea, this might not be the best place to stop. Took 7-8 minutes to get my cup of herbal tea. They seemed understaffed yesterday. Otherwise, if you are looking for a place to hang out, this might be an ideal place.

Food & Coffee is delicious. Subtracting stars due to the wait time that I have every single time I go here. I’ve been here three times now and have waited for my simple food order for 30 mins plus each time. I only order a bacon, egg, & cheese or the grits. So if you are willing to wait a long time for good food, then this is your place! it is located near my office so I will definitely be back but I recommend placing an order online :)

Stopped in for some food & coffee while on the road. Ordered two coffees, grilled cheese, bagel & breakfast sandwich. Waited around 30 minutes. They packed my items in a bag and handed it off. Got back on the road and once we opened our food we noticed we had been given a grilled cheese & two plain bagels. A bagel in place of what was supposed to be a breakfast sandwich. Could not turn back to fix the issue as we were already back on the road. Tried calling, no answer. Waste of time & money.

Do NOT come here!! So unprofessional. They randomly close whenever they feel like it. Gave faulty parking validation after claiming they validate in the adjacent garage. All around TERRIBLE experience. Coffee isn’t even that great!

Coffee is always overpriced and mid, but the barista charged me $9 for a drink I didn’t order. She explained the only option they had for my drink iced was “super size” since I specifically asked about the price, and it was served hot anyway. I never leave reviews, but the price is absolutely not worth it and not sure why the barista did me like that. Out $10 for the wrong drink, made poorly. Cute shop though.

Cool spot to grab a coffee and work a little. Not as quiet if you need it office / library type quiet. WiFi works great. Bathrooms super clean. Parking you have to pay for in a garage. Cappuccino wasn't very good and the female barista wasn't very nice (to me), the male barista was very nice, pleasant, and talkative.

I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and have been a very loyal customer. However until recently they have some new people who are very rude and disrespectful. I order the Saigon tea every morning for the past year and change now, I usually get it hot and with agave. A few days ago I went in to order a Saigon tea with agave, the cashier had a very nasty attitude, kept rushing me to order, then when I asked for Agave she sucked her teeth threw a little in the cup and told me take it. I asked politely if she could stir it as they usually do and the fact I am in my car and she told me “No, walk over there and do it yourself” I felt so disrespected after being loyal, respectful and bringing several new customers over just the past few months alone. Due to the disrespect and poor service I will never spend money here again and don’t recommend anyone else to do so. Employees are very disrespectful, don’t care how long you’ve been spending money with them and have very poor attitudes. I ended up returning tea for a full refund, walked out never will return.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but today was our first time at QCG, and I am so excited to have found this place!! My husband and I have been vegetarian for years but finally moved towards a vegan diet only a few months ago, and finding filling vegan food on the go has been the biggest challenge by far! When I saw the number of vegan options on QCG’s menu, it seemed too good to be true. I ordered three different breakfast sandwiches so my husband, toddlers, and I could try a variety, and they were all delicious! Better tasting and more unique than any non-vegan breakfast sandwiches I’ve had. I’m sure we’ll be back very soon, and next time, I want to try their coffee as well!QCG, thank you for having so many options for us!

The staff is always extremely friendly and it’s a great spot for a local. Chris, Asha, and Liv are PHENOMENAL and the reason I come. It’s disturbing when people find this place below par, because it is absolutely not that. Recently a review has been posted depicting the spot to focus on regulars and that is not true. This is our neighborhood and we will remain as patrons. QCG is the spot to come.

One of my favorite spots to grab coffee and hang out. Service is always excellent and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The baristas and bartenders are all so personable and likeable. Chris is one of my favorite bartenders in Charlotte and Asha is so fun to talk to.
