The curry chicken roti and polourie is amazing!!! It was better than I expected. I didn't like the location...limited parking and right off the road...but small inconvenience for good food. And the Sorrel was perfect for me!

I order the same thing from here every time… Curry beef and roti. Today my curry was nothing but oil. They put my plantains in the same container so they were swimming in oil as well. Hopefully if I decide to order from here again…it will be prepared better.

Came to Charlotte from Raleigh to go to Carowinds and decided to stop for some Roti. The outside is a metal building that gives no indication that it is a Roti shop. You go insinde and there is no one to help you. Very disappointed.

We are a Trini-Guyanese household and there is a place we can finally say "close to home". I was little skeptical about the kitchen only pick up only service at first, but after tasting the food...was spot on. Eh! Eh! Would definitely order from QC Roti Shop again and consider them to cater for us. Prices are pretty decent as well.

The pickup system may take a bit to get used to but it worked fine. The food is authentic Guyanese! The food is excellent and my food was ready pretty fast. No complaints so far and I will definitely use them again.

A few months ago, I discovered QC Roti shop on Yelp when I wasn't even looking for it. Since Charlotte doesn't have many options that offer good Trinidadian food, I immediately had to try them out to see what their food was about. I ordered doubles and a bag of pholourie... then I took it over to my mother's house. She's from Trinidad and she is the GOAT as far as I'm concerned when it comes to cooking Trini food. We both tasted it and we both immediately approved! I was so impressed that I called one of the owners that same day and let her know how good the food was!!

A couple months later, we had to start planning for our family reunion and we chose to have QC Roti cater it. We planned for 50 people. From the taste-testing, to the accommodations to changes in our menu, to the delivery of the food on the day of our event, they did an outstanding job!

Now, on to the menu. The items we ordered included:
- Roti (both dahlpouri and bussup)
- Curry chicken
- Rice and peas
- Stew chicken
- Baked salmon (for those who had dietary restrictions)
- Macaroni pie
- Potato salad
- Fried plantains
- Pholourie
- Pumpkin
- Mango chutney
- Tamarind sauce
- Pepper sauce
- Kumar

Trust me when I tell you that EVERYTHING was fresh and flavorful!!!! When we did the taste-testing a few months prior, I asked them if the quality of food would be the same when larger portions are made for the event. They assured me that the quality would not be affected, and they proved that to be true!! When Yasmine came back to our event later in the evening to personally deliver another half pan of rice and peas, I told her as much. She said, "We try..." I said, "No, you didn't 'try'... you guys DID that thing!!" ?

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food!! And with a room full of Trinis, for there to be NO complaints, that speaks VOLUMES!! ? ?

I highly recommend trying QC Roti, whether it be for a catered event or even just for individual meals. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I’ve been purchasing food from here for months and the taste is finger-licking good. Their doubles are scrumptious. I always get that and their beef patty. The Chinese chicken lived up to the name, their puri is bussin and the peanut punch is really good. I recommended to my family and they too love their food. Yall hit them up whenever yall hungry. You wouldn’t be disappointed. No pics cause the food don’t last ???

Drove from SC to check them out, been longing for a proper roti & curry. A bit disappointed the venue is really geared towards picking-up. Ordered dhalpouri with curry beef, pumpkin & spinach…..delicious!! Beef patty was great too. Although there were a few tables with benches weather was too hot to hang out. But owner promised an eat-in could well be on its way. Helpful & considerate service. Btw, sign on building reads South End Eats!!!

in honor of Juneteenth and Caribbean American Heritage Month, my employer, Veterinary Emergency Group, entrusted me with organizing our holiday festivities. As the sole minority at my office, I felt immense pride in being given such an opportunity. I was thrilled to discover Queen City Roti Shop, which offered all my childhood favorite meals.

Yasmin Garcia and her team at QC Roti Shop made the entire process seamless. From taking my order to catering to my staff's spice tolerance, Yasmin ensured every detail was perfectly handled. On the day of the event, they went above and beyond by loading my car with all the delicious dishes we ordered.

This team has wowed me exponentially. Each dish was a perfect trip down memory lane for me, and it provided an extraordinary first-time experience for my colleagues. From the pholourie to the chicken curry, everything was exceptional.

If you ever have a craving for West Indian dishes, I highly recommend giving Queen City Roti Shop the opportunity to impress you with their authentic Trinidadian cuisine. My trust in this restaurant is unwavering. Let the community know that Queen City Roti Shop is the best place in the city to get your fix for authentic Trinidadian food.

Mannn. Food is cool but the doubles need work. They’re so wet and soggy. I reached in the bag to take it out and my finger went through the wrapper. Super disappointing.
