The food is awesome and so is the person who works there. However, for at least the past month or more they have closed way earlier than their hours say and no one has been answering the phone. If I could give it 2.5 stars because of this, I would.

Everyone who works here is always super nice and greets you when you enter. They also have great subs! I wish it was located closer to me so that I could eat there everyday. Super yummy!!

I had given 5 star earlier when I first moved to area near this year ago. I am revisiting my rating to 1 star and maybe to 0 star if possible. I still love quiznos sandwiches and soup and I will be fan still after today's experience. I am giving this feedback for poor customer service and purely on how he is running the store. He refused to give us sauce and extra ingredient by saying we are closed and thats it no further explanation. He had customers in the line behind us and he was keep saying we are closed.. He didn't print the receipt for purchase neither he offered to give one. He is rude and arrogant simply because he only owns that exists in this whole area. I will not be visiting this place again and I hope quiznos started to give franchise to others in this area.
