Every bite was incredible. The meatball was amazing, beef tartar, clams were great, coffee perfect, and best of all…. The butter beans… never thought I’d say best beans ever at a fine dining restaurant. First time for everything.

My brother and I had, if not, the best experience dining in Charlotte here at Rada. The hospitality out of the gate was undeniable with remembered faces and full name greetings at the door, not to mention we were sat immediately (although volume and atmosphere made it seem like a full house…design with intent).

We dined on a night they were running a collaborative menu with another chef, Cristian Medrano, and every dish that hit the table was phenomenal. The aged duck and fried sweetbread are a must.

Something I personally took note of was the wine list they carried, providing wines that are not usually listed in restaurants across the city/state. They have a unique international range, covering most regional and profile differences which made it an exciting read.

Lastly, the hospitality from Eloy (the owner) and Erika (our server) was outstanding. The floor staff here has some of the most operationally efficient systems in place and still seamlessly maintained top-tier hospitality.

Thank you team. We will be back soon.

Called Sunday night with no reservation to see if there was any chance we could be worked in. Not only did they find a spot for us (easy for a restaurant like this to tell us to get lost), they made it a special evening for my wife and I. The food felt adventurous and novel - everything was delicious and clearly crafted with intention. What brought the meal to the next level was the warm, approachable service. Being tapas, lots of folks end up bringing dishes to the table and every single one of them was kind and made you feel like they were there for you and you alone that evening. Despite cramming us in before an upcoming reservation, the meal didn't feel rushed and they were kind enough to send us on our way with a to-go dessert. We're thoroughly impressed with Rada and hope to be back soon.

The most mediocre experience and food for $400+ for two people. Valentines prefixed meal. Very east village vibe. Not bad. But nothing about the atmosphere, staff or food justified the price point. No bad. Very mid. Super underwhelming bourbon selection. $19 for regular Woodford, with angels and envy being top of the options? Hmm

It’s a restaurant for ordinary palates that are unfamiliar with genuine gourmet cuisine.

Rada is a 5 star experience from the time you walk in the front door to when you leave. Eloy Roy the owner has created a relaxing, romantic warm fine dining experience for all to enjoy. His chef is top notch as are his staff. We have been many times so I can say each and everyone who works there is of the same mind set to provide a 5 star experience. It’s a must go to. It has been listed in New York City News article as a top dining experience in USA. Wow! Thank you Eloy Roy for putting together this experience for Charlotte NC

Rada is our favorite restaurant in Charlotte. It is such a breath of fresh air to see & experience a close, tight-knit team that all share a vision with a brilliant identity here in Charlotte. Beautifully crafted chef-driven menu that we’ve enjoyed a few renditions of. The staff is so welcoming, we genuinely love them. Sydney, Eloit, and bartenders, thank you for such a great evening every time — you all absolutely deserve the Michelin recognition! So happy to see you all are doing great. Well done.

Wow, what a terrific experience, and one of the best meals I’ve had anywhere in NC over the last 18 years. An elegant, intimate space. A great cocktail program. Elevated and thoughtfully prepared food. An interesting and fairly priced wine list. Attentive and personable service. Overall, a memorable evening that we were sad to see come to a close. I’m a fan!

Rada was a delightful destination for my birthday and for the holidays. The atmosphere and the service were even better than the exceptional cuisine. They deserve the recognition they’ve been receiving and they deserve your patronage too. Highly recommended!

Went last night with another couple to celebrate a 78th birthday, it was a 5 star experience from the table selection ( the maitre’d said if we waited 5 min) in a quiet corner to our server “ Winstead” who encouraged us to order the squash frites and the blue cheese/lasagna small plates then to the Dover Sole and the Steak Diane that he was so honest that we would have plenty for 3.. ( and still took some home!!) We are foodies and still are talking about how all entrees were flavorful . Will definitely visit again!

This place is great; the food, service, drinks, and service are all excellent and are a nice change of pace from the usual fine dining options in Charlotte. Sitting at the bar for dinner was fantastic. Will definitely be back.
