I was so disgusted when I witnessed an employee use the bathroom and didn't even wash their hands.

I was not disappointed with the quality of the food. I got the Seaweed Salad, the Philadelphia Roll and the Golden Dragon roll. It was enough food for one, and it satisfied my cravings for both cold and hot foods (the Golden Dragon is really good!). I'd def come back again!

Food is consistently delicious, the staff are professional and kind, and pricing is fair for what you get. Also, a vegetarian/vegan can eat very well here.

We tried this place out on a Sunday morning to beat the crowds after hearing they had some great dishes. We tried the crispy pad thai and the Pad See Ew both at spicy level of 3 out of 5. The dishes came out temperature hot but the most flavorless food I’ve had in a while. After getting the dish I asked the waiter if this was the spicy level we ordered and they confirmed it. Just not great to be honest. Service was really great for the one waitress they had working but over all just disappointing.

Amazing staff and amazing food. Great atmosphere. Shoutout to Steven for always looking out for the customers. He was behind the bar, in the kitchen and everywhere else with a smile on his face.

I usually order takeout when I eat here. The food is flavorful and the cashier/counter people are friendly and courteous. The issue i have is with attention to detail. When I order takeout and get it home, the rice is almost always missing. It happened to me again last night. Because I live 15 minutes away from the restaurant, it is inconvenient to return to get rice and I have to eat my food without the rice or cook my own rice while my food gets cold. Please look into why this keeps happening. Thanks.

We had a great experience ordering Rai Lay for our wedding rehearsal dinner! Steven was extremely helpful making sure we ordered enough to accommodate a large party and he even followed up the next day to make sure we had enough! Our guests raved about the food - everything was perfect! We loved being able to share our favorite restaurant with our out of town guests!

4 of us had a wonderful lunch, made even better by our great server, Tiffany. She is always prompt, efficient and rakes care of her customers in the very best way! Loved my basil chicken!!

Let me start off by saying the food was EXCELLENT. However, we sat there for over 20 minutes (it was not crowded and 2 other tables that areived 5 minutes after ua got waited on) and not once were we acknowledged by the waitstaff. I had to stop a gentleman busing tables to ask for service. He brought us menus and took our drink orders. A separate waitress stopped by to double check the drink orders. We also ordered an appetizer at that time and I recapped our drink order. 10 minutes after that a doffrent waitress stopped by the table to take our food order. We reiterated we ordered an appetizer as well as a cocktail. She took our oder and said our appetizer would be right out. Finally 20 minutes later after reminding the staff my cocktail arrived. Five minutes later our food arrived. Still no appetizer. We had to remind them AGAIN about the appetizer. It showed up five minutes later. Like I said, the food is fresh and delicious. The service is very unorganized. They need to assign the waitstaff sections to ensure you are waited on properly and you don't have 3 or 4 individuals that you have to repeat yourself too.

I’ve been here many times for lunch and the food is always great, no matter what I get. But the differentiator for the Riverbend location and why I drive a little further for lunch is the service. Tiffany and Nooch are always friendly and courteous when I arrive . Tiffany’s service is exceptional and I definitely recommend Rai Lay Riverbend for lunch.
