Not enough superlatives for this place and its staff. Starting a new sport at 59 is daunting but Rally has made it an amazing journey thus far!!!! From the Pros and tips to the food/drink and wait-staff - everything is at least one step above!! Also, try the socials - great way to meet other players, make new friends and enjoy the game!!! If they wanted unpaid ambassadors to spread the word - I’d be first in line!!!! And yes “I am the guy with the old 🥒☄️☄️!!!!! Cheers

Rally is such a great concept and I have had some fun times here with my teens and adult kids. The menu is half of what it used to be and the offerings are slim. It is key to know that the staff is not good about contacting you in the event that you have an outdoor court reserved and weather causes that reservation to have to be canceled. Would seem a call, text or email but no. You may find yourself having driven far (we live 45 mins away) only to learn your reservation is canceled/non-refundable once you arrive and they can’t accommodate you. This has happened to us as many times now as we’ve actually been able to say it worked out and we had fun. The staff/management is not seemingly interested in retaining loyal customers, making disappointing circumstances better or in earning great reviews. Again, great concept but also keep in mind there are similar competing venues and that’s where we’ll be going.

I won’t be coming here again. I have not been impressed at all with this place. I’ve booked here 3 times, two times of which I’ve driven 50 minutes to Rally’s only for them to say they won’t be able to allow me to play on their courts due to rain the previous days. They never called me prior to getting there to inform me of the rain from the day prior affecting their courts that day. When I asked to for a refund they refused and said they could only offer credit for another time. Most of the workers here don’t seem to have much experience with customer service or knowing any of their companies policies, so I would recommend speaking to a manager if you have any issues here. Also, they have significantly reduced their menu and don’t offer half of their best food items anymore. I’d recommend the Tipsy Pickle or the Picklr for pickleball instead!! The customer service, food, and atmosphere is much better at those places.

Cool atmosphere but the service is lacking. Numerous times have had my court reservation canceled because of weather after driving 40 mins and they did not inform me I couldn’t play until walking out to the court. They also did not try and make it right. They can’t do refunds. My business will be going elsewhere. Really disappointing because I used to like them. Hospitality is something they need to work on

I will definitely be visiting Rally again and again. The entire facility is beautiful and was just an overall great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food and drinks were very tasty and visually pleasing.

We hosted a team meeting in the morning and a fun group tournament in the afternoon. Both went very smoothly thanks to the attention of Ian and Khalil.

The food is tasty, although I will add: the kitchen folks do not know how to make espresso (literally— they have a machine but no one seems to know how to grind coffee, so we were not able to get an espresso); and their selection of “continental breakfast” items was a mystery to me…. Jelly filled pastries with bowls of extra jelly. (Say what?)

Overall, the day should have cost half as much. Their catering prices are silly— they expected my group to magically be able to eat $50 per person (my minimum food order was $400), on top of the breakfast pastries. The day cost me $2k for 8 people…. Not really a bargain.

Still — we had a very fun experience and I might go back with a smaller group.

I absolutely enjoy playing at Rally! It's always a blast and a wonderful opportunity to spend time with friends. Don't miss out on the tuna nachos—they're the best in Charlotte!

We absolutely love Rally! Such a great place for all things pickleball. We like to bring fam and friends here and even held our last team building event at Rally. The morning social games are lots of fun and a great way to meet people!
