Rally took excellent care of my large group. Every employee was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything from start to finish. The food was fantastic, and our whole team had an amazing time.

Great facility, probably the best I've seen in Charlotte so far, from a decor and food/beverage point of view From a player's perspective though, lighting is very poor, and lack of nets between courts can be somewhat frustrating. Not enough space behind the base line as well, especially on the wall side. Raise current nets to at least 6ft!

I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at Rally today, and I will not be returning.
I just finished Rally’s Rookies instructional series last week and was so excited to start attending beginner-friendly events. Today I attended Courts, Coffee, and Mimosas, and it completely ruined my enthusiasm for this place.
While standing at the bar to get my complimentary mimosa, a man who was clearly extremely intoxicated began harassing me. I moved several seats down the bar to get away from him, but he continued to harass me. There were three male staff members behind the bar who witnessed this and did absolutely nothing, and continued to serve him.
Later, when I returned my empty glass and thanked the staff for the drink, the same intoxicated man was still at the bar and began harassing me again. I finally told him to stop. Once again, the staff did nothing — instead, they were laughing and joking with him as if his behavior was acceptable.
The most disturbing part of this experience wasn’t just the harassment itself — it was the fact that the staff enabled it. They ignored repeated harassment of a female patron, continued to overserve a visibly belligerent man, and treated the situation as a joke.
I tried to continue playing pickleball and enjoy my time, but I left feeling disappointed, unsafe, and frankly disgusted. I did not feel comfortable escalating this to a manager because everyone working behind the bar was complicit.
I was excited to join leagues, socials, and future events here. That will not be happening. As a woman, I do not feel safe returning to an establishment that allows female patrons to be harassed while staff stands by and laughs.
It is the responsibility of the staff and management to stop inappropriate and harassing behavior and to protect their patrons.
I have very limited free time and choose carefully where I spend my money. After today’s experience, I will never step foot here again.

Throughout the tour, her humor and upbeat personality turned what could have been an ordinary experience into something truly memorable. She skillfully showcased every corner of the venue, highlighting its unique features and amenities with enthusiasm.
Her knowledge and passion for the place were evident, making us even more excited about booking our event here. The entire atmosphere was inviting, and it was clear that the staff, under Ayah's guidance, genuinely cares about their guests. I can't recommend this venue enough, and I’m looking forward to returning with my team soon! Thank you, Ayah, for such an amazing experience!

When filling out the waiver you have to provide your email address. I told the workers that I did not want to be on any mailing list, and they reassured me that I would not get any emails from them. Sure enough they have sent me 5 marketing emails in the past 2 weeks. The place overall was fine, but due to poor communication I'm giving 1 star.
