Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

First time visiting a Red Robin and had a great experience. Burger was delicious and service was excellent.

I mentioned to the waitress that it was my first time in and they comped me some fries so I was also able to order a little healthier side of broccoli with my burger. Overall a great experience and felt like this location is well managed.

Non existent service. Was just here, walked in and let them know I was outside with my dog and please have someone come out. I waited 10
Minutes and left. At least take 1 minute to come out and say hello? Will not be back. I’ve been here a few times and the food is just ok anyway.

Hadn't been at Red Robbin in 10 years due to dietary restrictions. I was able to order a small burger with fries (ate 4) sodium free. Ate light, delicious and worry free.

Jessie was the best waitress I've had in a long time. Super personable and friendly! She was 2 steps ahead for anything my table needed or asked for, and she had a smile on her face the whole time we were there. Gave great suggestions and just made the overall experience amazing!

As of today, there is a worker here named Jesse. She is amazing! Went above and beyond, and deserves a promotion or something. Other waiters at different restaurants a learn a thing or two from her. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent experience. I’ll be back here for sure

Donnie was amazing!!! His area was slammed but you couldn't tell it by his professionalism and polite nature. My family definitely enjoyed ourselves

We went to the Red Robin in the northeast Charlotte area, not far from our Airbnb on Cheviot Road. The food was good, and the manager was nice enough to comp our appetizer since it came out late, which I really appreciated.

The service, though, was pretty bad. It was late and seemed like they were short-staffed or not paying attention. We were seated in a back corner and had to keep flagging down our server just to get refills. It took forever for basic things.

In the end, she gave us a salad to go, which was a nice gesture, and I still tipped 20%. Overall, the food was good but the service needs tightening up.

First time that my wife and I ate at a Red Robin. I thought it was just another burger joint but man I was wrong. It was absolutely amazing. Everything amazing. Their own specialty sauces was probably the one thing that impressed us the most but the food, service atmosphere. Everything was absolutely great.

Food and service here is great! However, the floors in the whole restaurant are so greasy and slippery that someone will break their hip someday.

The days of past are over and done.
Sweet potato fries were freshly served. Those steak fries left much to be desired.
