Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I ordered some food on Ubereats and was pleasantly surprised how good everything was.

I ordered the Red’s Double burger with a side of onion rings. The burger was really good! I wasn’t a fan of the secret sauce so I’d probably skip that next time. The onion rings were so big and crunchy! They were delicious!

I also got the pretzel bites. They were warm and soft but the pretzel salt did not stick to them. The cheese sauce was ok, not as good the cheese sauce at Legion Brewing.

Overall I was happy with the food and I’ll probably stop in at the restaurant to try some other things. They seem to have really good deals for dining in.

The service was great but the food was less than ok. My burger was luke warm. Everything was rushed out appetizer than 5 mins later the burgers n Fries.

This is a fantastic burger spot with excellent customer service. The food didn't take long to arrive, and it came out hot and delicious. We'll definitely be back! I’m excited to try one of their chicken wraps next time. I know it’s a burger place, but the chicken there was surprisingly delicious!"

Use to come here on a regular basis but each time it seemed a little worse. They hit bottom today. We were greeted right away and taken to the bar for lunch. We were never given the option to sit in the dining room. We requested the dining room and were taken to a table. The restaurant was perhaps 10% full. After waiting and waiting, a waiter finally came over. He said I'll be with you and walked off. There were multiple employees talking and joking. The waiter never came back, no one else offered to help, and we walked out. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. Lots of choices in the area, so why be treated so poorly?

Walked in. 2 other people waiting.
Told there was going to be a 15-20 minute wait.
???? Mind you. ITS EMPTY. We all walked out. Mind you, they opened at 10am, it was 12:30pm. When you have a 30 minute lunch. This was a giant waste of time.

Food wasn't good at all. The burgers use to be big and juicy and fresh. Now they're thin and frozen.

I placed a to go order for a Whisky burger and Steak fries. The service provided over the phone was great however when picking up my food the young lady who was the hostess and working the pick up booth (Her name started with a T) was not as customer friendly. There was NO I'll be right with you when she left to go seat 2 other groups, another lady who happened to pick up the phone asked me if I was waiting for an order and called T to grab it. When returning to the booth there was NO thank you for patience, have a good day nothing. I just hope for consistent service I do visit regularly.

The burger was okay, wouldn't try a second time. I generally get the pepperoni pizza on Fridays and that's always a hit.

If you are craving a hamburger, I recommend that you come here, it is the first time I have visited this place, in my honest opinion it is not bad, there is a wide variety of menu to eat and it also has a bar, it is a family atmosphere, Regina served us She is very kind and attentive. I asked her to recommend something to me. It was the Teriyaki chicken sandwich with fries and a California chicken sandwich with onion rings accompanied with a very delicious dressing. For people who don't know English, there is an application on the cell phone or also on the phone. restaurant there is a screen on each table where you can order and you make your payment right there if it is with a card, and in cash the waitress makes the payment, you can eat something delicious without a language problem, dare to try something different that the language is not an issue barrier so that our Spanish-speaking people can enjoy this is my most sincere opinion, thank you and I hope this review is useful to you. Mondays and Tuesdays have a special one.

Middle of the road burgers. Great for a quick lunch and sometimes they have pretty good specials.
