The food was fantastic tonight. The service wasn't. I have come here before, and it has been pretty great most of the time, but tonight there was a clear difference. Our server was apathetic and almost seemed annoyed that my mother and I were there. I visited with my mother and we were having a good time but the waitress wasn't pleasant at all.We sat, and no one showed up at our table for about 10 minutes. I started a timer for 2 minutes after the initial 10, and she happened to finally arrive just before we were about to leave.We asked for water and it didn't arrive until our meal was at the table nearly 15 minutes after we ordered. In other words, nearly 30 minutes after we arrived. We asked for water, and I emphasized no ice. She even repeated it back and brought us ice. That was alright, I asked if she would please bring one without. Another 15 minutes passed, and I was hald way through my food, and when it did arrive, she put it down nearly slinging it onto the table, and said "here you go" with an unpleasant attitude and kept moving.This was the attitude we encountered from the entire time. I asked for ranch, which I finally got near the end of my meal. I wanted dessert, but I did t want to add more money to the bill. I still tipped 20 percent because I don't believe in returning a wrong attitude after receiving one.This behavior is unacceptable. The food was so good, but the entire experience completely overshadowed that, and it soured the entire night. I'm extremely generous with my tipping and usually tip 30 percent for the places I frequent, regardless of the person serving, when they provide what is just a run of the mill experience. As long as the service is satisfactory and even up to 50 at places where the service is great. I've cash apped servers very generous tips when that happens.Yes, I left a 20 percent tip, but not because she deserved it. It's because it's the right thing to do, unlike how we were treated the entire time. I will never come back here, and I hope with even the small reach I have here because of how often I rate restaurants, I'm able to make someone think twice before coming here. You can look at my review history, and there are only 3-4 other places I've ever had terrible service with in the nearly 5-6 years since I started these reviews, and this one was the worst.I hope things are able to change here

The Food, Waiting Staff, and Atmosphere was clean and friendly. My daughter and I enjoyed our Sunday lunch there, it was excellent. We would definitely go back.
Really love the food, granted I've never been to any really amazing hamburger places like Gordon Ramsay has in Vegas, the new Banzai burger is my favorite. The place looks like Red Robin but needs a good cleaning. I've never understood why the doors are filthy when the place is dead and there's 8 people standing around. Their doors are caked on with dirty. Hmmm, wonder what the kitchen looks like. I don't like that you can get bottomless items but your server doesn't come around to ask if you want more.

Sat next to a giant chicken. It kept staring at me as I tried to eat my fries. Almost threw hands. If it wasn't for the fact I didn't want to disturb the waiter, I would've knocked that bird clean across the room.
