Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went in for my bday, it was empty, took a lil bit of time for the waitress to take my order, no napkins, had to ask. Never came ask me for a refill on my drink or fries. I pd and left. Sad I didn't get more fries 😞

The hostess was nice. The waiter wasn't too attentive and service was slow. The burger wasn't the best and there was a hair on one of our orders.

I'm not sure why, but the last couple times I've eaten there, my fry order was mixed up. I always ordered sweet potato fries and campfire sauce. I have to remind them after they bring steak fries. The staff is nice and the food is delicious (even the steak fries).

Grandaughter’s go to place for crlebrating her birthday. Was at the one in mooresville yesterday around 3:00 Sylvia our waitress was very good and kept on top of everything food was good but not exceptional- next time burgers will be ordered punk. Done us too done! Onion rings which I LOVE from there were fabulous- ordered 2! the donut tower was absolutely aweful! The insides of them were doughy and the outside enough cinnamon and sugar so not much flavor- chocolate and camel were cold. Way too small amount for the money even if had been good. I have already told 4 people and others on FB not worth the money or calories that was the big disappointment but floats, drinks etc were all great for a $200 tab for the 6 of us it’s a shame the donuts didn’t live up the the rest. I’ll stick to the onion rings!

Decided to try red Robin after many years. After waiting roughly 10 the host never showed up so we left. I went to ask the bartender who said she would come back as she was doing to go orders, but in my opinion ten minutes is quite a long time and a line had begin forming behind us.

The waitress was super nice, helpful and made sure we had a great time here. There were free fries for some reason and the sides were all you can eat. All in all very reasonable and good quality.

The burger was not the best I ever had but certainly good quality and taste. Maybe it’s my taste but I think Steak and Shake and Five Guys style burgers are a bit better.

I went for lunch and ordered the cheeseburger special. The burger was good, the tea was fresh and the service was great. However, the fries were a disappointment, they were barely warm, soft and wrinkled. The waitress checked on me throughout my meal.
