Seldom have I been treated with such belittlement. Our server who according to her was on her “second day” fell short of meeting the bare minimum of customer service. As we asked for more napkins she told us we already have enough, she said she would bring us more when, and I quote “when you actually need more let me know”. I have been treated better at the dmv as we ripped our napkins in twain. We also asked about avoiding anything with sesame in it because we had someone in our party who is allergic. Either she knew less about that than my 4 year old knows about quantum physics or was too lazy to inform us, either way she told us to google the information. Also ice cubes tasted like toilet water.

Our waitress and the food was top notch- but I think they're having staffing issues cause the restaurant wasn't overly busy but we had to wait 25 minutes for a table; I'm assuming so that the available waitstaff isn't overwhelmed. I appreciate the caution, but hope that if it's a management issue that they can either schedule more waitstaff, or pay a fairer wage to attract new hires.

The service here is absolutely horrendous. Actually no it’s nonexistent. We waited for the waitress to take our order for twenty minutes and then we went to ask for a waitress and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. After that, we were fed up of waiting and left. The waitress even took the order of customers who arrived AFTER us. This place is horrible

We went to Red Robin during a road trip because we heard good things about it.We were promptly seated, told that wait staff would be right there.Then we sat alone for nearly 20 minutes as wait staff buzzed around other tables but failed to even acknowledge us as we tried to get their attention.I foolishly believed the hostess who told me someone would be right over and began giving insulin via my insulin pump right after she sat us. This is standard operating procedure for well-managed type 1 diabetics.After 20 minutes of no service, and a dipping blood sugar because of the restaurant’s inability to adhere to the basics of customer service, we left.I won’t ever come back - to this or any Red Robin location.I would be better off from both a caloric and blood glucose standpoint to have just gone to a nearby grocery store.Red Robin, you are a complete let down.

Literally a 40 minute wait for an empty restaurant and then another group comes in after with more people and they walk right in?? No reservations taken or explanation given on who sits and who waits.. who owns this and why has it gone downhill so much over the years?

Do not order online and expect delivery. They will cancel your order and mark it delivered. You have to call to realize it's "cancelled." "sorry doordash cancelled t...." uh this is your problem not mine, you cant hire a proper delivery agent? Dont offer delivery if you cant. Will not be going back to this restaurant in person or online, terrible management and customer service. 0 stars if i could.
