Red Rocks is always our go-to restaurant when we are celebrating a special day (birthday, anniversary, etc.). Every interaction with staff (check-in, waitress, floor manager) has been friendly and professional. In particular, we want to give a shout-out to Sonja and Graham. Food never disappoints and service is efficient and timely. Just can't beat the experience.

I always visit Red Rocks when I am in Charlotte...love everything about this restaurant!!!

Long time diner at Red Rocks. Last night I noticed the prices went up and the serving size and quality went down since my last visit. Maybe an off night. Will go back as they have historically done a good job.

Red Rocks is always a treat. The food is excellent, prices very reasonable, and the service is spectacular. They have their act together and have for decades!

On Friday night, I had made a reservation for my husband and me at 6:15. I requested a booth because my husband is hard of hearing, and the booths are in quieter areas and are more insulated from noise. We waited 45 minutes, and weren't yet seated. It was as if we didn't have a reservation and just walked in. We couldn't take it anymore, so we walked out the door. A hostess ran after us and asked us to stay; that they would get a booth ready quickly. After 10 minutes of waiting for a couple to finish at a booth, we were seated. The food and service were good as usual, but the mood was killed by having to wait. The manager never came to talk to us to make amends or apologize for the debacle. There has to be a better way to make reservations that will be planned for at the designated time. Otherwise, why take reservations?

Service was good and the food was good too. Cooked perfectly and very tasty. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the time it took to get the food, once ordered. It wasn't super busy so idk why the food took so long

Since we're new to the area we decided to try a restaurant near our new apartment for my birthday. The staff and service were both top notch and our clean plates summarized how we liked the food. Delicious and well prepared. We'll be back.

My guest and I were there to celebrate her birthday. We had not seen each other in a while. Our waiter was discreet enough to let us visit and yet attentive to our needs when we were ready to order or needed a refill. Our hostess was thoughtful in having a birthday card for my guest. The meal was promptly served. It was one of the most relaxing meals I've had. Thank you for such generous service.

First time visiting and what a gem! We sat outside and enjoyed the Penne with chicken as well as the shrimp & grits—both were delicious. The portions and quality make it a great value. Perfect spot for brunch, especially in the Fall.

We had another great dinner at Red Rocks, enjoying the covered patio on a nice evening Austin our waiter did an awesome job serving us that evening (Thur 9/4/25). He was pleasant, response, and helpful. My wife's filet medallion dish was cooked just right, and my Cajun Flounder was an enjoyable change of pace. All at a fair price. Thanks for a nice evening.

Wonderful dinner for the six of us...in the back room was perfect. Ravi (and team) took excellent care of us. Very enjoyable evening!

We needed a Gluten Free option and the usuals are getting old! The Steak sandwich on a GF bun was delicious! It fit the bill perfectly for what we were seeking. The Parmesan potato’s pancake was cooked to perfection. The only adjustments I would make was (when the steak was after the server asked and the steak was ordered medium, that it should have at least some pink), but it was tender and flavorful. The multi-server thing got confusing. One person took drink order, another delivered (1 was incorrect), another ran the food and we were not told of the multi-layered service). Everyone was nice, it was just a little confusing and no one ever asked about drink refills and when the coffee cup was empty there was no one around for a long time. But… we still like the food, prices, atmosphere, options, and consistency.

The food was incredible both the almond crusted mahi as well as the blackened mahi. Had my favorite she crab soup delicious as always, and chocolate lava cake always a favorite. Our waitress was fantastic! I was visiting with my sister from out of town and it's on her list to visit next time she's here!

Always love Red Rocks! The menu is varied, has something for everyone and I've never had a meal that's not tasty! The service is dependably good, the servers friendly and on point.

Elegant ambiance, manager and service were attentive and warm. Jambalaya was delicious and the blackened seafood salad was perfectly prepared, I just wish it contained more vegetables such as cucumbers and tomatoes and onion. I swapped cucumbers for the cheese so as to achieve closer to what I wanted, but didn't feel comfortable adding the additional two vegetables. I ordered the Asian dressing on the side, which is amazing!
