Stayed in Charlotte for the Celtics game , and Mrs. Tonya was my server during my morning breakfast. She was on top of everything , she met each guest with a “ Good Morning How are You doing” or a “ Hey Sweetie” and said it with such a welcoming and inviting tone ! It felt like being home and hearing mama or auntie’s sweet voice when they great you in the am ! On top of that she was efficient, organized and made sure that each guests experience was excellent. every table was clean , food stayed stocked . I literally thought she was the kitchen manager because of the way she managed the floor in such excellence. Thank you Holiday Inn for my stay :)

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Charlotte area. I booked a block of rooms for my hotel, and the hotel workers were nothing but helpful up to and during my stay. They made booking the block and helping others book as easy as possible. We had our rehearsal dinner there, and the food was amazing! The workers were very helpful in setting everything up and asking me and my wife what we wanted. The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel even gave my wife and I a small bottle of champagne and cheesecake to celebrate our marriage! This was a great hotel and if you are on the fence, you should definitely book.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Room was clean enough, but no hand soap or wipes. Very noisy overnight. You will need to wait at least 10 minutes to get a poor breakfast. When I checked out I needed a luggage cart. We asked two times for help on a reception and they are apathetically said, that we have to go through the hotel to look it up. Slow Internet. I paid for hotel, but stayed at flop house, the only difference that it was clean enough

Fairly new and nice. We love staying here when we visit family. Clean. Stay helpful. Close to shopping, hwy, family and eating. Beds are comfy. Safe area with parking lot well lit at night. Would definitely recommend to others

There are plenty restaurants in the area. The front desk and hotel staff were very nice. I really liked that the breakfast attendant ensured that everyone followed hotel Covid policies while in the food area. The bedding is probably on its last leg. The pillows were lumpy, the bed was lumpy. The shower corners were moldy. We wipe everything down prior to settling in and picked up surface dirt on the wipes, but the room was livable for a night. I know that there are staffing shortages and have confidence that things will get better.
Awful stay. Booked room w 2 queens, upon check-in front desk told us they were sold out, they did find 1 room w a king bed. Recognizing it was a Saturday night & fully booked, hotel was very loud both inside & outside until 4am, in addition toilet flushed every 20-30 minutes. Woke up ready to leave only to find mouse droppings on towel in front of shower. I travel for business 3-4 nights per month & this was one of the worst nights I’ve had in the last 10-15 years.

Stayed 4 nights in August. The property location is pretty good. There are a number of restaurants, bars and attractions fairly close. The hotel itself is nice and my room was well appointed, clean and up to date. The front desk staff was great, very friendly and attentive. I didn't get any house keeping as they only offer every 3 day service and it didn't seem necessary to get it for my last night. Currently the bar, restaurant, concierge room and pool are closed. They do serve a buffet breakfast on the weekend, which I didn't not take part in. I wish hotel properties would make it very clear prior to booking what services are available and operating. I guess my lesson is learn to call the property prior to booking. Overall, if you want to be in this part of Charlotte, this is a decent property to stay.

Compared to other hotels, this place is great and inexpensive. Parking is well lit. Staff is friendly, efficient and responsible with COVID, Beds were comfortable, internet and TV worked just fine. Don't know if they offer a modified breakfast since I left early. Would stay here again for sure especially at the price.

Kid friendly environment. Very clean hotel. The bed linen and towels are fresh and fluffy. The hotel staff are polite and they all practice great safety measures for COVID. The parking lot has plenty of room to park. This location is safe and secure. I highly recommend this location to any and all travelers. Kudos to employee Carolyn for great customer service.
