Sold me an expired salad through their automated kiosk that was expired and had a foul smell. No employees were operating the bar for a half hour to give me a refund and when they finally showed up they said only a manager could refund and they were away for a while.
They said I could exchange the salad for something else so I picked up a cheese and grape tray and it had molded grapes.
Still couldn’t get a refund so I’m just doing a charge back on my credit card.

Mr. James had the best customer service helped with recommendation. Very knowledgeable. Ms E put her foot in that chicken wrap, prepared with love. Sole was working that blender and made the parfait with passion. The crew deserves a bonus. We visited the cafe on 5/2/2024 around 1000 am on our way to Aruba at the airport. Will visit again when we return.
Bartender on phone all the time and she leaves frequently. Have to repeat yourself over and over.

While most airport bartenders are efficient and quick, it’s not a place you think “man, I will keep coming back here to see them!” Jennifer is the kind of bartender that makes you purposely schedule a long layover in Charlotte so you can hang out with her. Her upsell game is on point and she brings some joy to the drudgery of traveling.
